"My family and I spent several days in this condo, and I have to say that we can't think of one thing that wasn't awesome! I had the opportunity to check out two other units nearby, and they were no comparison to this quiet, corner unit on the golf course. We made great use of the lanai, for meals, reading, and had a couple friends over for a visit. The nature sounds were abundant, the colorful birds were fun to watch, and we even saw about 30 deer on the golf course early one evening. I was up at the crack of dawn taking sunrise photos with the outline of Haleakala in the background. Then again I was out outside shooting sunset photos with the beautiful cloud formations. The unit has two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Beds were extremely comfortable and felt new. The air-conditioner cooled off the condo quickly so we were always comfortable. This unit is light and airy because it has windows on two sides of the unit. The kitchen was perfect for our needs, very well stocked. Trash and Recycle Bins are close by in the parking lot. Two nights, we walked down to the pool, grilled our dinner, and brought it back to the lanai to enjoy. We usually go to Costco after landing in Hawaii, and stock up for the week. We get some fresh fish and fruits, veggies and of course muffins! On many mornings, we would walk from the condo down to the Marriott Hotel, and go to the Starbucks there. And then we would walk along the long paved path next to the beach along the ocean. It is so beautiful. Regarding excursions, our favorite beach was McKenna's Big Beach. Just drive south for a few miles and you will see the sign for the McKenna State Park. Our favorite dinner (go at 4:30 to avoid waiting) was at Fred's Mexican Cafe in Kihei, open air, great food, great ambiance! One day, we got delicious sandwiches at the 808 Deli which is in the same complex as Fred's. As if that wasn't enough, the condo owner Sherrie, is a doll. So helpful and wonderful, and couldn't be nicer to deal with. We highly recommend this condo!! Thank you Sherrie! We'll be back!"

  • Best Place in Wailea for the $$

"We ran across this particular condo because we needed to fill in 3 additional days on our recent stay in Maui. The only regret is we didn't know about it earlier. The condo itself is well equipped, was clean, and is located in an area that offers privacy. The lanai has a beautiful garden and we ate all our meals outside. The pool is only a few steps away and has a beautiful view to lounge at. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes... and you can do it in bare feet. If you do stay here, don't go shopping till you check in. We found lot's extras provided and many good things left by previous visitors. There are multiple ceiling fans throughout the house (two to a room). The bedroom air conditioner (if needed) seems new and is more than enough to get the room cooled down. The owner lives on Maui and we were fortunate to meet her. She was gracious and very responsive throughout the process. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next visit."

  • Fantastic location

"We were looking for a place to relax with our family away from the bustle of a typical resort, but close enough to things for when we want to venture out. This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you Art and Ellen for having and sharing your wonderful home. The pictures are true to reality. There was not single thing we found here after a week stay that was not at least as good if not better than advertised."

"We enjoyed eight nights at this beautiful condo. The location is excellent as it is near the main pool and close to the beach. The condo is very private and has an excellent outdoor eating area that can accommodate up to 10 people. The condo is alsp equipped with all of the beach necessities (beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, sand toys, etc.) that you would hope to find. The condo is in good shape and is one of the most spacious condos in the Village. It was fantastic! We would stay here again in a minute."
