"My parents stayed in the large, king-sized bedroom on the main floor, and they have made several comments about the comfortable bed and convenient bathroom. My sister and family stayed upstairs, and they loved the spacious bedroom, large bathroom, and open closet/storage area. The overall space of the house was extremely comfortable, the nautical décor was warm & inviting and the house offered plenty of open space and natural light. It was a great place to hang out, and it was very accommodating. The kitchen offered all the pots, pans and utensils that were needed. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the bay was beautiful."

"Beautiful view from this quaint small cottage in the perfect location. Rustic but comfortable place for our first visit to Cape Cod. The Shining Sea Bike Path was just steps from the home where we rode rented bikes every day--including biking to the ferry station for Martha's Vineyard, biking to the restaurants in Woods Hole, and also the town of Falmouth. Dad and daughter enjoyed fishing from the big rocks on the beach. Accomodations perfect for up to 4 people comfortably; we had 2 adults and 3 children--one a teenager, so a little tight on space, but manageable. The grassy yard on the side and in the back was a wonderful place for the kids to run around and decompress after a day's full of activities in town. We also tried the Adventure Park in Sandwich which the kids aged 7 through 14 loved! The adults even had a good time, although sore for the next two days! If venturing out to Sandwich, make sure to stop by "Ice Cream Sandwich" shop on the way back--best real homemade ice cream in multiple flavors we've had hands down, and we are self proclaimed ice cream conoisseurs. They even have lobster rolls, which were amazing and far better than the lobster rolls we had in town at Falmouth and Woods Hole. Thank you to the owners of Small Cottage in making our first Cape Cod visit a dream!"

"This is an amazing "find"- a beautiful, spotless, warm and welcoming Cape Cod cottage. You know you're on the Cape when you step out of your car onto the sea shell covered driveway, and smell the salt air. The cottage is charming! All the rooms, downstairs and up, have been tastefully designed with comfortable and stylish furniture and lovely artwork. You enter into the adorable kitchen, equipped with country table and chairs, and colorful dish ware. That leads into a very spacious and sunny living room. The house is surrounded by a wonderful yard, with shade trees, lawn furniture, and flowers. Brewster is a terrific location- the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike path) is just down the road as well as a well equipped convenience store. "Must sees" nearby include the Sesuit Harbor Cafe, Brewster General Store, and Truro Vineyards. We have been here twice and can't wait to return!!!! Just love it! Thank you!!"

"We were delighted with so many things - the view of the harbor and sunsets, the close proximity to activities (Wellfleet, beaches, bike path, great walks), the clean and beautiful home, the well equipped kitchen, the walk into town, 2 decks, and the helpfulness of the owner. It was a very special week - thanks Mary and Kurt."
