Cozy Cottage Proves Perfect for Quiet Gettaway
"My husband and it stayed in the "blue spruce" cabin for our anniversary and neither of us wanted to leave! The cabin is nestled in beautiful land; tucked away but still easy to find. It was clean and decorated beautifully! The space was small but felt cozy and the space was used so efficiently! The full kitchen was a great feature and we cooked several meals in. Cabin is located about 12 minutes from downtown Franklin. Gorgeous scenery, great people, and an all around excellent vacation. If you're looking for a peace and quiet, you will definitely find it here."

"It was very clean and easy to access not to far away from the main attractions. Ducks were fun to interact with and good areas to go hiking. I would recommend this to anyone that wants peace and quiet after a day at the main attractions. Owner very responsive to any questions asked."

"We stayed here for the week of 6/21/15, my husband and I, my 85 year old mother and 8 year old granddaughter. It worked out perfectly for us and what a great place to stay. Serendipity had everything we needed and the accommodations were very roomy and comfortable. The beds were better then home, although, I personally would not have wanted to sleep on the futon, but, it worked out great for our granddaughter. We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the mountains in the mornings with our coffee. It is an awesome place."

"We vacationed here for a week and wished it was 2 weeks. We enjoyed the house and the property. We really liked sleeping to the sound of rushing water every night. Very comfortable for even 2 small groups of people. There is a nice deck in the back, overlooking the mini-waterfalls and creek. A large deck in the front overlooks the creek. Then a lower large outdoor area, that is a covered deck with a table. That spot has 2 shallow wading areas that you can walk right into. The driveway to the house is a great little morning and evening walk, some open field and the rest is woods. Inside, there are 2 "living" areas. One that includes a TV. The eating area was large so it could accommodate a group of people. An adult said the futons were comfortable to sleep on. I think families with kids would really like it, if they enjoy the outdoors. I would definitely come back to this house to stay."
