"My husband and I just stayed at the Serendipity and what a wonderful experience. The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into their beautiful home. They were wonderful to work with from the moment we decided to stay in Franklin. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to another. It's the perfect place for a mountain vacation."

"My fiance and I travel up to the Clayton, GA area once a year to celebrate our engagement. This year instead of staying in a B&B we decided to stay in a cabin. VRBO is our favorite way to find one. Lucky us we stumbled upon this one. The cabin is only about 20 minutes from Clayton, GA and maybe 15 minutes from Franklin, NC. As soon as we made it to the top of the driveway I knew I had made the right decision. The view is incredible. The cabin equally was incredible. It was comfortable and it had everything we needed. We sat on the front deck every morning for breakfast and hours afterward just looking out over the mountains and peering out to the right of the cabin to sneak a peak of the incredible mountains hidden behind the trees. I think this cabin helped to slow down our lives for the weekend. We relaxed and didn't rush to go anywhere (not having to rush is a luxury when you have 3 kids).
On Friday we visited the casino (45 minute drive) as neither of us had been and we were so close that we wanted to go experience it. On Saturday we went to the Wicked Pig BBQ for lunch (try the brisket and ribs) and the food was AMAZING. Best brisket I have had since Texas. In the afternoon we went to 12 Spies Winery to relax. This is where I asked my fiance to be mine forever. The place is a great place to try wine, relax on the deck, and just enjoy the company and the scenery. For dinner we went back to Fortify in Clayton, GA. Another fantastic dinner experience and you MUST try the flourless chocolate cake.
This area has so much to offer that we will definitely return and we WILL be staying here. Thank you, thank you thank you so much to Trinda. We can't wait for our next trip!"

"Nice clean newer but rustic rental outside of Franklin. Private but not isolated with easy access. Plenty of property behind the cabin to walk my dog (very dog friendly). Great owners! Definitely recommend it."

"My boyfriend and I decided to do some day hiking on the Appalachian trail for two days, and needed a place to stay for just one night. We found this cabin to stay at, and let me just say it is the CUTEST little cabin! Beautiful landscape all around, easy to find and get to, tiny, but the perfect size for just a one-night trip. It came with everything we needed to cook dinner together that night, full kitchen with pots, pans, and utensils available. It had a nice rustic interior, lots of wood, a beautiful back porch with rocking chairs overlooking the mountains and rolling landscape. The owner was so kind, and just a delightful person to talk to. Our trip was made that much more memorable because of this cabin we found to stay at. We saw some great views, and did some great hiking on our trip, but this quaint little cabin really made the trip special. I didn't want to leave, I wish I could live there forever!"
