If you are looking for a perfect get away in paradise, this is it! This luxury Palms at Wailea unit is located near the spectacular pool and Jacuzzi and all the amenities this popular complex affords.

This 1242 sq. ft. non-smoking unit at the luxurious Palms at Wailea complex is your next vacation rental, hands down!
Unit 403 is newly remodeled and furnished. Being on the ground floor, you have easy access to the ocean view clubhouse and pool/spa. From the minute you walk through the front door you are struck with the beautiful furnishings and the bright, clean feeling condo that just made the smile on your face grow wider; you're finally in Maui!
This fully air-conditioned condo has everything you need to feel like your home away from home! The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, ice maker, a breakfast nook with granite counter-tops and stools - great for the little ones. A dining table that seats six, sunken living room with brand new furniture, ceiling fans and granite throughout the condo. Walk toward the lanai and you'll notice that it is surrounded with a grassy area that's great for the kids. It also has a table that seats six and lounge chairs for relaxing. If you like to stay in while on vacation, this is the perfect choice because there is a gourmet kitchen! Complimentary parking in your own designated space will be available.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a free-standing Travertine bath with a separate shower room. Large sliding glass doors give a spacious feel, with a wrap-around lanai attached. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom.
Being close to the clubhouse means the ocean views from there are only steps away! Ideally situated just uphill from fantastic Keawekapu Beach, you can walk the Wailea beach paths daily and absorb all of Maui's beauty. Snorkel or scuba dive off shore in the calm rolling waves that are perfect for family fun or a romantic evening. Bring drinks and dinner down to the beach and enjoy a gorgeous Maui sunset.

All around lovely property

Property was clean when we arrived. Pool was also good as well as location to great beaches (Maluaka beach is where we tended to go). Thankful to have rice cooker and large kitchen items to cook for family. Host was very accommodating as we booked extra night due to uncertainty with the fires and flights out being potentially delayed.

Great centrally located condo

Listing was as advertised and quite comfortable. Location was very convenient with walking distance to beach, South Kihei, and resorts in Wailea. Also very close to pool which was beautiful with nice views. Some reviews mention bugs being a ground unit but with some basic cleanliness it wasn’t an issue. Only minor issues were only 3 regular knives for some reason although kitchen was well stocked otherwise. Also backsliding door lock was broken and secured with a door shim but overall no actually issues.

Great stay

We enjoyed this unit. We were a little leery of the location since it was between parking lots within the complex but the unit was quiet. The condo has air conditioning throughout and unlike other condos we have stayed at in the complex the second room has actual walls not just shoji doors which is a big positive. There were 6 beach chairs but no umbrella, which would have been nice.

Fantastic condo for our family!

We are a family of 5 with two 13 year olds and one 12 year old. This was a great pick for us!! The condo was very clean and smelled amazing when we first walked in with Hawaiian music playing the background. The furniture had been updated and the AC worked great. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need, we used it everyday. The location was our favorite, so easy to get to from neighboring beaches, shopping and dinning. We were so happy with our stay and would definitely stay at the condo again!

My husband and I and our daughter and family had a special stay. The large master bedroom had enough room for two pack and plays. The living room area was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed. The lanai was lovely and we were just across from the pool (down stairs to the pool.) A ledge around the pool where the water is about 1 1/2’ deep was perfect for our two year old grandson. A sort of baby pool. The grounds west of the pool are gorgeous and a perfect place to view the sunset. I

We stayed 12 nights so had time to fully explore the area. Condo location was good, right across from pool, about a half a mile from the beautiful beach path along 4 different beaches which we ran every morning. Only complaint was lack of beach towels. They will only give you one per person so you basically have to launder them twice a day if you want to go to the beach and the pool. We asked for more, were told no (and they’re not super nice towels, don’t match, $10 at Costco so no idea why they cheap out on towels???). Also no boogie boards or sand toys just FYI. The main sliding glass door is REALLY hard to open, prob needs to be fixed, but patio space was enjoyable and quiet. I’d stay at this complex again, just pick a unit with a different property manager.

If you have a toddler

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay! The unit was spacious, clean, and well decorated. We liked that there was a grill right on the lanai, beach chairs, and beach toys. And the location is just a few mins from the shops at Wailea, all our favorite beaches, and restaurants. There are a few things to consider if you're like us and traveling with a toddler: The light switches and door knobs are very low, making it hard to keep our toddler from playing with/opening them. Things like high chairs, cribs, pack and plays, etc. are available for rent. However, the biggest thing for us was insects. We were very diligent about keeping the unit crumb free as the signs in the kitchen warned about attracting pests. We stored our food waste in a container in the fridge, emptied the trash daily, wiped down the high chair after every meal, swept up all our kiddos crumbs, etc. It ended up being quite a bit of work to do on vacation - toddlers are messy eaters! But we still found spiders hiding under baskets, plates, and bowls. We had ants on the counter one night and a roach under the sink a different night. The extra cleaning is something to think about if you have messy kids or are planning to do a lot of cooking/eating in.
