Located just a block from Waikiki Beach and surrounded by top-tier hotels, this gorgeous penthouse condo offers the style and comfort of a luxury hotel with the added benefits of 1700+ square feet of living space, a large well-appointed kitchen, extra-large private lanais, a full-size washer and dryer, and so much more. Also included is free garage parking in the building.

Upon entering the top-floor condominium, you will enjoy exceptional ocean-facing views through floor-to-ceiling windows from the living room, dining room and kitchen as well as from the 40-foot lanai that spans the length of the condo. A second 40-foot lanai is located off the master bedroom offering beautiful nighttime city views.

The penthouse is located in the very heart of Waikiki. A one-minute walk takes you to the beach where you can surf and sun. Or take a leisurely stroll over to the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Starbucks, moped and bike rentals, world-class shopping, restaurants and other Honolulu attractions. At the end of the day, you’ll come back to your comfortable penthouse overlooking the Pacific Ocean to enjoy a famous Hawaiian sunset from your private lanai.

The penthouse was completely remodeled and professionally decorated and features all new lighting, rugs, furniture and finishes. The rooms are large and comfortable and include two en suite bedrooms with attached bathrooms with king and queen-size beds, high-end mattresses and linens. For additional guests, there is a high-end aero bed with extra pillows and linens.

There is a 55" Smart TV in the living room and a 32" Smart TV in the master bedroom. The contemporary kitchen includes granite counter tops, bar seating and top-of-the line appliances. You can either open the wall of sliding glass doors to enjoy the tropical breezes or turn on the air conditioning and ceiling fans for additional comfort. The ocean-facing lanai offers an outdoor eating area with patio table and chairs and two chaise lounges for relaxation. Unlike most rentals in Waikiki, a garage parking space is also included. We've tried to think of everything you might need for a memorable Waikiki vacation including beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and body boards for your use. Also, rest assured knowing the condo is safe with secured building and elevator access.

The condo was great, and the location was very good. The parking was also a big plus. The condo is surrounded by buildings (as is everything in Honolulu) but you do get a good view of the beach through the buildings sitting on the balcony which was nice. My only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn't on when we arrived and it was well over 85 degrees inside, which was not pleasant after a full day of traveling.

I highly recommend this property. It is really nice…clean, close to everything, nice kitchen and relatively quiet. We had an issue where the elevator broke down during our stay (only for a few hours), and the property manager responded to me very quickly. The parking space is super tight. Something to keep in mind. But it was so nice to have it.

Oasis in Waikiki

Lovely condo situated just a block from Waikiki Beach and the main shopping area. Condo is beautiful - well stocked with bedding, towels, kitchen items, beach chairs etc., The condo and its contents is maintained and clean. The onsite building manager keeps the building common areas immaculate. We felt very safe in the building. Just sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean is a balm for the soul. Highly recommend.

2 Block walk to Beach

We had a really nice time in this condo. The unit was clean and big for four people. Two full baths as well as in unit laundry was a huge plus. Biggest attribute was the southern exposure looking at the beach. We spent a lot of time out on the huge patio which was shielded from the sun most of the day. Location was an easy 2 block walk to the beach and there were restaurants, food trucks, and grocery stores within a short walk or short drive. It was an easy 10-minute ride to the freeway to get anywhere on the island quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful gem!

Really incredible property! The penthouse has a wonderful view and is extremely spacious and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with pretty much any appliance or cooking utensil you might need. There is an ABC convenience store right next door, and the beach is only a block and a half away. Great location overall and walkable to most everything in Waikiki. Free parking was a bonus.Host was communicative and wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Waikiki Perfection

Great property in a perfect location in Waikiki. Just 1 block to Waikiki Beach and a great view of the ocean to enjoy. Property is supplied with lots of beach toys though we only used a few of them ourselves. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom making it perfect for 2 couples. The mattresses and pillows were super comfy.

We are two couples and great friends. Nathan and Martina are based in Oahu; Frank and Barb are based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. We met when Frank purchased a moped in Waikiki from Nathan's business, Hawaiian Style Moped Rentals. Fast forward a few years, and Martina (a professional opera singer) sang at Frank and Barb's wedding. The rest is friendship history. We all love spending time traveling, surfing, snorkeling, singing (!), and hanging out. Especially in Waikiki.

Location, location, location. We love Waikiki and wanted to be right in the heart of it. When staying here, we enjoy truly relaxing and stepping away from our daily lives. We walk everywhere -- to the beach, restaurants, shopping and even morning coffee. We love the energy and options of being in town, while being able to get away from it all in the comfort and privacy of the penthouse.
