Family-friendly apartment in an authentic neighborhood and its open market
This little apartment of an old typical building benefits double exposure. Ideally made for a family of 4 people (up to 5 with the sofa), it is located at 50m from the outdoor market of Liberation place, and the tramway station. 20 minutes on foot from the old town of Nice.
Little 2-bed apartment of 43sqm. Made up of one bedroom with double bed (140x200cm), and one small bedroom with two superposed beds (70x200cm). The convertible sofa can sleep one more people if needed. Sheets and towels are included in price. Two mobile air conditioning systems are available. The kitchen has a washing machine, large fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and crockery for 6 people. Other equipment: hair dryer, iron. TV with some classic foreign channels. Wi-Fi on fiber optic high speed Internet. Authentic rental host (not real estate agency).
I'll be present to give the keys. In case I cannot be here, the keys will be left into a safe with code and I meet you later on.
Please do not make too much noise after 22:00. For energy saving, hot water comes from a tank heated during the night so it is limited per day.

Great apartment with a great location. The bedrooms were clean and kitchen has all utensils you need for a short stay. I recommend this property for families.
Frederic was very helpful with checking us in. The flat was clean and spacious and in a very nice neighbourhood. It was easy to access other parts of Nice from here.

Spacious property for 4 people. Clean bathroom and kitchen with all necessary facilities. Comfortable beds. Welcome pack, kitchen necessities, few games, books, sun brolley for beach etc. Electric fan and mobile air conditioning unit. Large wardrobe. Lovely long windows with traditional shutters. Free Wifi.
Negatives:
Check with the owner that you have been given the correct access code for lock safe!
Few areas could have had a bit more attention to cleanliness (some previous guests items on floor/in drawer/on mantel piece). Broken picture frame on side, patched up window.
Overall the apartment was very good, and we enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. Thanks Frederic
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch schon vor Anreise.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, 3 min zu Fuß bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle, 10 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof und in absoluter Nähe von Geschäften, Markt und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, und es existiert ein kleiner Aufzug im Haus.
Trotz der großen Hitze haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
Propriétaire présent, logement espacé et bien équipé. A proximité du tramway de Nice, de la gare Sud et des commerces.

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung in guter Lage.
Ein sehr netter Vermieter, der auch bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle ist. Vor Anreise auch sehr guter Kontakt.
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof, Parkhaus (hier haben wir unser Auto während des Aufenthalts geparkt, da in den Straßen kaum Möglichkeiten). Alles fußläufig. Sehr gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Wenn wir wieder nach Nizza kommen, nehmen wir gerne wieder diese Wohnung.
