Vain muutaman minuutin päässä historiallisesta Grand Lake -kaupungista ja 415 neliökilometrin päässä Rocky Mtnin kansallispuistosta sijaitseva majoituspaikka tarjoaa erinomaisen perääntyä niille, jotka etsivät luonnonkauneutta ja jotka sopivat kaikenikäisille ja kyvyille.

Lakehouse in the Woods sijaitsee haapan ja metsästyspuiden keskellä, ja se sijaitsee nousussa, josta on näkymät Shadow Mtn -järvelle, Grand Lake'lle ja Mt Baldylle. I want the house.

Wonderful property with such a warm and radiant interior. This is the house that absolutely welcomes a holiday with friends and family with a gentle rolling fire, sitting on the hearth, cozy socks, and warm mugs of tea, coffee, or chocolate. The kitchen is well stocked, instructions are clear for everything, and the owner is easily accessible via text. The portrait view of Mt. Craig through the living room or from the deck, overlooking Grand Lake, Andrews, and Shadow Mountain, are unreal. Every morning prompted a long look from the deck while I stayed.

Fantastic fall trip

We can’t say enough glowing things about this rental home. The owners were extremely communicative and flexible with our questions and requests. Some things we especially loved were the beautiful porch, outstanding view, and surprisingly - the zero gravity chairs to watch the stars at night. The house was fully equipped, comfortable and perfect for our family. We highly recommend this rental. The owners are absolutely fantastic with communication!!!

Fantastic stay at Grand Lake home

Seven of us celebrated Dad‘s 100th birthday at this lovely home. Mom and Dad stayed in the main level bedroom and the “kids” stayed upstairs and down. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and appliances (although we ate most meals in charming Grand Lake). The home is of good quality and well-maintained. Loved the year-round Christmas Tree in the corner of the living room. We spent a lot of time on the gorgeous deck that has the most stunning lake view. So relaxing. Definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat 💓.

This home is outstanding! My husband is hard to impress, but this place really wowed him. The homeowners were very easily contacted for questions. The best view in the area! Comfortable, clean, and absolutely wonderful.

Family Vacation

We couldn't be happier with this cabin rental! It is located close to all the recreational activities Grand Lake has to offer, but feels tucked away for a restful retreat after a day of fun out and about. It is cozy and peaceful, nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the view of the lake from the cabin. The host was great to communicate with and check-in/ check-out was simple. We hope to come back and enjoy again!

The house was well stocked in the kitchen and all rooms. Certainly a beautiful view off the front porch with the only negative being the road noise from the highway. Thanks for such a great place to stay in Grand Lake.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful vacation in Grand Lake and loved having this beautiful home as our "home base" for the week. The view from the deck overlooking Shadow Mountain Lake & Grand Lake was the perfect spot to enjoy not just the view, but the 4th of July fireworks too! The home is gorgeous, clean and stocked with nearly anything you could imagine needing to enjoy your stay and the hosts were awesome and available for any/all questions. A Relaxing Getaway

A beautiful home in a very scenic location. We enjoyed spending time on the deck watching nature go by. My son and I love photography and took amazing shots of hummingbirds, magpies, American White Pelicans and many other birds right from the deck! We had a moose visit the property for a photo shoot as well. The property is conveniently located near the national park and many other scenic byways. We had a wonderful time. Our hosts were very welcoming and gracious. I highly recommend this home as a wonderful place to stay.

Grand Lake getaway

A beautiful spacious home with amazing views! The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable and the beds were great! We had easy communication with the owner and she was very nice and helpful. The only issue that folks should be aware of, is that traffic noise could be very loud at times. Other than that, it was wonderful and we would stay there again.

Relaxing Family Vacation

The house was beautiful, well maintained and VERY clean! The views were spectacular, we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. The house was perfect for our family. It was fun to come home after a day of hiking in RMNP to cook dinner together, play games and relax. The town of Grand Lake, and it's activities, was close by and handy to get to. The hosts were amazing; organized, thorough and very responsive leading up to the trip as well as addressing any questions we had while we were there. We look forward to an opportunity to return again!

Amazing views!

The house was beautiful as were the views from the deck. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this property for friends and family alike. We plan to return to Grand Lake in the future and will definitely book this house again.

Beautiful Property & Great Location!

This is a really beautiful property ideally located to Grand Lake! The home was exceptionally well maintained and very well appointed with everything you would need for a great family vacation. This is one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed at. The view of the lakes is spectacular off the deck. The owners were really thorough regarding all communications. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation in the Grand Lake area. Excellent stay!

Beautiful and peaceful retreat in Grand Lake

We have been coming to Grand Lake for many years and have never stayed in a more beautiful home. The owners attention to every imaginable detail was impressive. We felt like their home was truly ours for the week we stayed there. From the gourmet kitchen, to the lovely view and wrap around deck, it is a retreat like none other. Thank you!

Great house

This house was all it was pictured to be. An extremely well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and lots of room to visit, read and relax. This is the first Vrbo home that the garage was not made available for our use, and while we were in Grand Lake there were two very rough hail storms. Mountain Retreat

This property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Krystal was very prompt with answering any of my questions and was clearly eager to ensure our stay was a pleasurable experience. We used one of the outdoor fire pits for roasting hot dogs and making s’mores. The view of the lake and mountains was incredible!

Great experience and location

The owners clearly take a lot of pride in this property and it shows. Clean and well-maintained, comfortable for hanging out, with all the household items you'd expect. Our group (4 couples) cooked every night and had everything we needed for a variety of meals. Walkable distance into town, and easy access to RMNP. Note that the owners require both a damage deposit AND insurance and that any damages come out of the deposit before insurance kicks in, which is unusual and a considerable up-front expense.

We are Matt and Krystal Flynn. We were married in Grand Lake in the summer of 2016. We have always loved the beauty and small, mountain town feel of Grand Lake... not to mention the abundant wildlife that seems to enjoy the heart of Grand Lake as much as we do.

We bought this property from the man that built it and wanted to acknowledge his hard work, attention to detail, and the desire to share this property with visitors from all over. We have traveled to this area for quite a few years to enjoy the beauty, wildlife, and recreation that it offers. Krystal and I loved Grand Lake so much that we decided to be married here. In the summer of 2016, we shared our marriage vows in front of family and friends from all over the country. We'd like to continue to share the beauty of this place with our family and friends, and all the new friends that will come to stay at this house. Not only is the Grand Lake area very near and dear to us, but we found that with this house in particular, that the views from the deck overlooking the lakes and mountains are absolutely second to none in Grand Lake.
