About Jennifer Koon
We love the historic Lemmon Lodge area in Grand Lake and are so happy to be able to share it with others. Growing up in Colorado, Grand Lake was a yearly vacation tradition in our family. Lemmon Lodge has always been one of the most sought after magical places stay at when in Grand Lake because of its unique location to everything, yet still quiet and serene because it's setback on its own private inlet apart from the noise the town.
Jennifer Koon purchased this Cabin in 2016
Why Jennifer Koon chose Grand Lake

If you want to try down hill mountain biking, Granby Ranch is only 20 miles away, as is Hot Sulphur Springs which has medicinal properties to soak away any soreness from those hikes or bike riding adventures. In the winter, in just a short walk from the cabin you can be ice fishing for Monster Lake trout or renting a snow mobile to ride around the lake! Within a short drive, is Colorado's best snow tubing at Fraser tubing hill or take advantage of excellent ski slopes in nearby towns just a 20-30 min drive away. Will little ones be joining you? Parks are close by. Lemmon Lodge is safe of traffic and quiet with room to play. We have access to a beach where you can build sand castles, fish, boat, splash, and relax. Like history? Great location and access to the town and lake
Wonderful cabin in a wonderful place
Location, Location, Location!!
Great little cabin that is very cozy. And the location can't be beat with great access to town, the water, and the National Park. Our group of 4 had a great time and very much enjoyed the cabin. In the past we had stayed at another cabin in the Lemmon Lodge complex and this place was much better. I am sure we willbe back.
We had a wonderful time!
Moose Haven is cozy and in a lovely location close to the water and easy walk into town.
Lemon Lodge Memories
Our families Lemon Lodge vacation this past Labor Day weekend, was everything I was hoping for, next to the water, relaxing, and convenient to a variety of activities!! The best part, was being able to walk to most of these activities, like a great coffee shop in the mornings, to kayaking on Grand Lake, to great restaurants and shopping down the quaint little main street of Grand Lake!! Our grown kid’s asked when driving home, “can we make this an annual trip each year”!! 🥰
