We loved this cabin! It exceeded our expectations & the photos don’t do it justice- it’s clean & modern, with cozy mountain decor. Lots of space for the whole family - grandma & grandpa downstairs, parents on 2nd floor, & cousins in loft. The Lemmon Lodge property was so fun for the kids. We spent lots of time on the beach & play area. It was an easy walk into town & there was access to many activities. Awesome vacation rental!
Cabin has a good size kitchen and dining area to support having a lot of people staying in the house, the two separate living areas helped with the teenagers vs adults for hanging out. Having been going to Grand Lake and staying at the Lemmon Lodge properties since I was a child, love the private access to the lake, the beach and the open green space for kids.
The house is set within Lemmon Lodge area with multitude of things to do- stream to fish, lake with sandy beach, playground, horse shoe pit , volleyball
We had a great stay at Jim's house. The house was perfectly located steps from the water and steps to town. We fit in our kids and friends in the house and had a fabulous time! The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and we loved being able to bring up a few extra friends to enjoy Grand Lake. Thank you!

Family Vacation
The cabin has been our favorite for many years. It is always sparkling clean.
It is just like home.
Thank you for sharing it with us.
We always leave it as clean as when we walked in.

We are so happy you enjoy the cabin so much. Thank you for returning each year!
The property was in a great location. It was tucked in the woods, among other properties, along side a mountain stream with its own private beach and fire pit. Fishing and boat rentals were a cinch. It was within walking distance to everything Grand Lake has to offer. Just park your car and enjoy. My only two criticisms are the beds need an upgrade, and cleaning crew could do a more thorough job. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

Glorious Lemmon Lodge
There's nothing like Lemmon Lodge -- private beach, boat launch and fishing point on beautiful Grand Lake, volleyball and horseshoes and, over the Fourth of July, your own private space to view fireworks over the lake. No dogs are allowed, which is too bad. There were 9 of us staying in the house, so plenty of room. But there weren't enough bath towels and only one kitchen towel. The owner argued with us about that before finally allowing us to access a locked closet that had towels. For a place that is quite expensive to rent, adequate towels without a fight should be considered.

Great Spot
This cabin is in a prime location for Grand Lake. Walk-able to everything and has access to a semi-private beach area which is far less crowded than the main beach. The house itself is large enough for big groups and has plenty of room and amenities. The one snag was checking in. We had difficulty checking in and communicating with the owner. However, the owner did make it right and we eventually had a great stay.
This house is in great need of a deep cleaning and some updates. Probably hasn’t been thoroughly dusted in many months. Trash and left-behind clothing under the beds. But, we closed our eyes to that and enjoyed our stay. The loft is fantastic for children. Lots of room throughout the house to spread out and enjoy. We love Grand Lake! The owners were easy to work with.
We had more than enough room for 8 of us. 3 full bathrooms and three bedrooms with a very nice loft as well. The cabin was very clean, although there must have been some miscommunication at check-in because the cabin had not yet been cleaned when we tried to check in at 4:00. Aside from that small issue, we thuroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful cabin!

Great location! Cant be beat
This cabin was a perfect fit for our family. Everyone had their own space, plenty of bathrooms. But The property is dark inside, and a bit dated. Walls are dirty, furniture old. Carpet dirty. Kitchen was great, and we spent most of our inside time In There, the stove is horrible.
All of this was overshadowed because the location is so fantastic. We were outside most of the time.
We have stayed In Various cabins in the Lemmon Lodge for years, our family actually stayed in this very cabin in 2009 our names still in the guest book. We will continue to stay in this little area, always. The cabin just needs a little love.

Wonderful place in need of a little attention.
We arrived at this cabin at 4:30, after a 4pm check in time. We were not expected - in spite of the reservation being in place for months. Housecleaning was there, and we weren't able to get in until around 7pm, which was frustrating, as we had hoped to prepare dinner for and welcome our guests during that time. Once in, the place was roomy enough to come together and spread out, the upstairs giving the younger generation a place to hang out. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. But one of the shelves in the cupboard had collapsed, making it difficult to get to pans; the master bathroom toilet wasn't securely attached to the floor, so it wobbled; the kitchen faucet was loose, making it difficult to use. All of these things could have been overlooked had we been able to enter at check-in time.
Location was great, property managers very helpful. Cabin was very nice, just a little dusty and dishwasher was full when we arrived.

Grand lake
Grand Lake was beautiful and the property that the cabin was on was fantastic. However the cabin itself was not clean. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, crumbs and trash under couches and tables and it didn’t appear that the cabin had been dusted since it was built. The washing machine didn’t work baseboards were coming off the walls and the front door fell completely out of the frame. For what they charged us to stay there I was very disappointed.

No fans in most of the rooms and no screens on upstairs windows . Stuffy in the loft at night . Supplies very limited . It should have included laundry soap and cooking spray . No pantry space so our food had to sit on the table or counter . The photo of the front of the house was misleading . We weren’t expecting neighbors within 10 feet of us ! We probably would not have rented at this location if we would have seen photos of the area .
