The door at the bottom instead gives access to a room with two beds (combinable only on request when booking).

The barn is located in front of the house where the owners live, who however have the utmost respect for the privacy of their guests. The paved square in front of the barn and which divides the two houses belongs to the same. A parking lot next to the entrance is reserved for guests. The entrance to the house borders a low traffic municipal road bordered by a stone wall with automatic gate. The property has an area of about 4 ha with olive grove, vineyard orchard and a large vegetable garden where customers can take advantage of vegetables, eggs and seasonal fruit.
On the opposite side of the entrance to the property there is a beautiful olive grove with a large garden where you can relax, a swimming pool (5x10 uniform depth 1.60) for the exclusive use of the guests of the house and a panoramic view of the Chianti area. Swimming pool open from 15/05 to 15/09.
