Fabuleux 2 chambres à part, niveau de luxe, meilleur emplacement. Vues sur Royal Mile. Tout confort, lits confortables. Tissus de marque, papiers peints, wifi gratuit, télévisions par internet. Entrée sécurisée. Confortable et confortable. 200 mètres du château d'Édimbourg.

Cet appartement au 2ème étage peut accueillir un maximum de 6 personnes. Il y a deux chambres; 1 lit king size en suite avec TV, un jumeau, canapé-lit double dans le salon, 2e salle de bain. Les chambres sont paisibles et calmes la nuit. Cuisine / salle à manger / salle de séjour ouverte avec 3 fenêtres donnant directement sur le Royal Mile. Toutes les fenêtres de la propriété sont à double vitrage. Les salles de bain ont le chauffage au sol. Il y a du chauffage central au gaz. La propriété conserve de belles caractéristiques d'époque; vieilles cheminées en pierre, murs anciens en pierre apparente; Et pourtant, il offre tout le confort moderne et une décoration remarquable.

Situé dans la vieille ville historique d'Edimbourg, c'est le meilleur endroit pour séjourner dans la ville. La vieille ville est un site du patrimoine mondial. Trempé dans l'histoire, regorge de musées, d'attractions touristiques, de boutiques spécialisées, de restaurants et de pubs. Le château d’Édimbourg est à 1 minute à pied de votre porte. Cette zone de la ville a un véritable buzz et est une joie à explorer. Cet appartement est cependant situé dans un endroit paisible tard dans la nuit, sans discothèques ni pubs bruyants à proximité. C’est un endroit formidable où séjourner à tout moment, mais un emplacement de choix pendant le Festival d’Edimbourg / Fringe ou le jour de l’année.

Location was perfect and the apartment was perfect for our group. We contacted the host for a fan because it was warm while we were there and the fan was there the same day. Stairs getting to the apartment were a little intimidating, wouldn't recommend for people with mobility issues. Loved this place and would stay again.

We loved this location! It’s right in the heart of everything, and we were able to walk everywhere with ease. The spiral staircase leading up to the space gave it a fun, hidden hideaway feel—which we really enjoyed.The place had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. We were two adult women traveling with two teenagers, and it worked out perfectly for all of us.One of my favorite little surprises was hearing the bagpipes in the distance each morning—such a unique and memorable spot!

Great location, excellent property

The two bedroom, two bath apartment is at the top of the Royal Mile, and one can easily access all the sites both there and in New Town. It is a short walk to groceries, lots of good restaurants in the area.

The location of this apartment was incredible. So close to Edinburgh castle and so many other great things to do and see in old town. Had plenty of space for our family of four. Amazingly quiet in the bedrooms for being on the Royal Mile. Many other people have noted the tiny stone staircase up to the apartment but we hauled our bags up there just fine. Having a washer in the apartment was also nice. Overall was perfect for our needs!

Perfect for Us

Of the four spots we stayed in Scotland, this was our favorite. The location and having a communal living space for the four of us friends to hang out between Edinburgh adventures was key to our high rating. I appreciated having a washing machine, given my overall Ireland/Scotland trip of 16 days. Communication with Paul was clear and easy. Beds were comfy, and home was very clean. Be ready to carry luggage up two flights of narrow circular stairs, but if we over 60 year-old ladies can do it, so can you!

Great location

The location can’t be beat. We loved our stay there. Pictures are accurate, and the place was very clean. The narrow winding steps to the second floor were a bit challenging with our 50 pound suitcases. Thankfully, my husband is very fit and strong.

Wonderful

Host gave easy to follow instructions on how to arrive. Wonderful location close to everything you need and shops. Also, tram and train lines only a few minute walk away. Love the historic building! Pictures and description was accurate. Highly recommend and cannot wait to return!

Perfect location!

Edinburgh is a very walkable city and this apartment is convenient to all the sights. The entrance is down a close (alley) off the Royal Mile and the view from the common area is onto the Royal Mile. The layout was excellent for two couples. One bedroom was off the common area and the second was separated with a doorway down a hallway. Really beautifully refinished and very spacious feeling for the square footage. I believe there are 3 units in the building and this is on the second level. You will feel that you’re in a turret as the stairs circle upwards. Really adds to the ambiance!

Perfect location

You won’t find a more perfect location. Right on the royal mile and Minutes walk from EdinBurgh Castle. Also has a freezer which is nice so you can have ice. Buses left for tours right outside the front door. Don’t stay here if you have trouble with stairs. We would stay again. It is well kept, clean and modern.

Charming Flat in the Heart of Edinburgh

This flat was phenomenal. Well designed and appointed, It is situated in the heart of Old Town on the Royal Mile, just steps from the castle. It was quiet at night and the beds were comfy. Just be warned, the steep spiral staircase tested our luggage-carrying skills, but it only added to the great charm of the place. Peter was a good communicator and offered great recommendations of places to eat. We also enjoyed Nok’s Kitchen and Hideout Café which are both great spots nearby. Would highly recommend!!

A wonderful location

Our visit to Edinburgh felt more authentic for having stayed in Paul’s apartment overlooking the Royal Mile. The sights and sounds of Edinburgh surrounded us, from climbing the spiral stairs in James Court to the nearby sounds of the bagpipe that serenaded us through the open window. The apartment is modern and comfortable and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We particularly appreciated the suggestions Paul has provided for his guests in a notebook.

This apartment is in a great location but very difficult to get to. Especially if you have luggage. The street is blocked off to vehicles during the day so you have to drag your luggage a few blocks to reach the apartment. We spent hours trying to find the apartment while dragging our luggage around. We even had a local fellow try & help us & he couldn’t find it either. We missed to paid events that luckily we were able to rebook. The two flights of stairs are difficult to navigate if you have any hip or knee issues. We had 4 adults & 3 of us had a terrible time getting up & down these historical steps. They are uneven, worn out & there is no railing on the second level. The master bedroom is lovely & spacious. The second bedroom is not fit for adults as the beds are narrow & smaller than your average single bed. Not even room to roll over. It’s a very small room, the washrooms were very good & clean. Entering the main doors to the apartment stairway through the alleyway is not very welcoming. It’s dirty & there is construction & debris in this alleyway. Non of this is indicated in the write up before you book. It’s very misleading.

Great apartment right on the Royal Mile and close to the castle. Had a washer, well stocked kitchen, drying rack (no dryer) and an awesome view. Our only problem was getting a wee bit chilly at night. There were no extra blankets and the heat was turned off with the owner not responding for 24 hours after multiple attempts to contact. He did turn the heat on for a few hours during the day while we were out but it was off again that night. Shouldn't be a problem if you are touring in the summer. Otherwise I totally recommend.

Royal Mile

Wonderful flat in a super location. Walk out your door into the historic Royal Mile. Only drawback to being in the thick of everything is that it can be a bit noisy in the evening if the crowds are boisterous. Directions for locating and entering the flat were perfect and everything went smoothly. Thank you for a wonderful week!
