We really enjoyed our stay at Extravagant View! The view was extravagant, the game room was loaded, the rooms were very well maintained, and we had everything we needed for our getaway. The host was also super responsive and helpful when we had questions about the pool and gym. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean and the check in process was extremely smooth. It is very quiet and relaxing. The hot tub didn't seem to have a lot of working jets but was still relaxing. The trees have grown much taller since the photos were taken so the view is more obstructed from the bottom and main balconies. It is close to a lot of attractions and there is so much to do. The community pool was very nice. Overall it is an amazing place to stay and would definitely go back.

Great Property

Had a great time and loved the property. Lots of space, plenty of fun things to do, and great views! So much more peaceful than staying closer to Gatlinburg. Will definitely be a top consideration for the next visit.

We had a terrific Spring Break trip with our teen girls. There was plenty of room for us to all have our space. The kitchen was nice and updated. They have a Keurig so bring Kcups. Have plenty of bottled water as the water did not taste good enough for drinking. The beds were comfy. Plenty of linens. We grilled one night. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking or Dollywood. We enjoyed hiking Alum Cave Bluffs trail and Spruce Flat Falls. We got pizzas from Sloppy Hog and breakfast at Elvira’s which were both great. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great weekend getaway

This cabin really does have extravagant views. It was clean and the beds were comfy! We enjoyed the mountain sunrise while having coffee each morning, and cooled off in the community pool during the hot sunny days. It was nice to access the park without having to drive through bustling Gatlinburg, also. We will definitely be booking Extravagant View again!

Perfect cabin for our crew

My family of 4 and my friend's family of 4 had the best time. The game room was where we spent a lot of out time. And the views were gorgeous. The only thing I can complain about was the pool closed a little early the nights we were there. We would definitely rent again.

We loved the cabin we stayed in, we saw bears and had a great time. It was so beautiful, i only had trouble getting in contact with someone for pool code because office was closed and the number i called couldn't help. But all in all it was completely wonderful

Amazing view

The property was in a perfect location and the directions were easy to understand. The cabin was very spacious and had plenty of extra little amenities. The only thing we noticed was that there were some areas of the cabin that were not as clean as we would hope for them to be. Otherwise, a great experience and we would totally stay here again!

Perfect family getaway

This cabin was the perfect place for our family getaway! The checkin was a breeze and the cabin truly does have an extravagant view! It was clean and there were clean folded towels on every bed. The hot tub was clean and warmed up upon our arrival. Cabin is conveniently located close to the pool, fitness center and scenic lookout. The only con is that it's about a 20 minute drive to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, and the road is steep and winding (but I guess that's the payoff for the fabulous view). I would highly recommend this cabin and would consider staying there again.

Beautiful view of the mountains. Nice clean cabin.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. I was pretty dissapointed with the fact that there was no water in the hot tub. They did apologize for it and gave us $25 off our stay. I would prefere they would have made it known on their advertisement.

Extravagant View

You get exactly what is described! Our family loved it. Location and the view is amazing. Hot tub and jacuzzi was my favorite part of the house. The boys loved the game room. Morning coffee on the balconys with such a beautiful view, we already miss it. I know I am not giving into much detail but don't hesitate, just book this cabin. You won't regret it! We will definitely be back!

Very Clean and Amazing Views

The cabin is so clean and views are amazing. Before our arrival, while we were on our way to Tennessee, I received a call from Bear Tootin' to see if we had any questions. I appreciated that. The cabin's beds were very comfortable, the hot tub was clean and the gaming room was awesome. My biggest suggestion would be to have a few non-stick skillets since we had a heck of a time cleaning the skillets because the food stuck. Things like salt and pepper would also be nice.

Beautiful cabin, but very dirty

This cabin is in a great location and has lots of potential. However, the cabin was very dirty (the toothbrush holder in our bathroom still had backwash and toothpaste all inside it from a prior family’s stay, the dishes had food still caked on them and their were half-eating Jolly ranchers stuck to places up in the loft). Also, the hot tub took nearly 24 hours to heat up (we only stayed 2 nights, so this was inconvenient). The air hockey table also barely worked. The check-in and check-our process was very easy and we loved the keyless entry! The resort gym was a nice bonus. Overall we had a great weekend getaway, but this cabin could definitely use some TLC.

We are very sorry the cabin was not up to our normal clean standards. We have wonderful cleaners, but unfortunately, every so often there is an off day where things get missed. That is why we have in your rental agreement to please call us to let us know if everything is not cleaned appropriately. We will have our cleaning staff come back immediately to re-clean! We realize this happens from time to time and we would much rather take care of the problem so your stay will be great than to have you keep it to yourself and have a bad opinion of our cabins. This is never the way we want things to be handled. Our goal is to make each and every guest feel at home and comfortable in the cabin you choose. Please accept our apology. We have given this review over to the head of housekeeping and we will do a thorough inspection and cleaning of this property.

Lovely captain a little too close to neighbors

My family of 5 stayed in this beautiful cabin. The game room was great for my boys and the view from the back porches was spectacular. My complaint would be how close this cabin is to the neighbors. That would normally not be an issue, if you have people staying in the next cabin that are there to enjoy the quiet setting and respectful of other, but that was not our case. The people staying next door were really loud into the night (after midnight) and rowdy. So obnoxious! To each their own, but their cabin was only 15ft from ours, keeping us awake and ruining several of our nights relaxing in the mountains. I may pick a cabin a little away from others next time.

Amazing Views and Great Location

The house had truly extravagant views of Great Smokey Mountain National Park and surrounding areas. The pool just a short walk away was nice and also had amazing views. The cabin layout was great with amazing balconies/views on every level (and nice hot tub on the first level). The three king beds were very comfortable. We were a bit confused about the claim that the cabin sleeps up to 14. The loft area really can only accommodate 4 small children (but it’s a tall climb for little ones) or two older kids/adults. We had 11 (6 adults and 5 teenagers), and we were glad that we brought an extra air mattress. There is definitely room for 10, or 12 if you can bring your own air mattress. I would also say it would be nice to have a few more amenities in the kitchen like basic seasonings and larger pans since most people staying here will be cooking for large groups. All in all though, we’d absolutely recommend this cabin and Bear Tootin Cabins. We had a wonderful time and loved the views and location.
