With 1,100 square feet, this unit is the perfect size for a retreat away from your every day life. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise while drinking your morning coffee on your front patio, or a relaxing sunset on the balcony while drinking wine and listening to the waves rolling in. With a heated pool and direct access to the beach, what more could you possibly want?! Even though you will be tempted to spend the majority of your time outside, the unit itself has an open floor plan so you can enjoy conversations with your guests while preparing food in the kitchen. The spacious Queen sized bed in the master and two twin sized beds in the guest rooms will accommodate you and your guests comfortably. The HOA does not allow us to rent for less than 30 days- they require a tenant application form with a fee of $150. No pickups larger than F150 or 3/4 ton. No pets are allowed per HOA. We prefer bookings from the 1st of month due to hoa constraints for monthly rentals
