This spacious and luxurious three bedroom oceanfront condominium at the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort is located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach. This 6th floor unit boasts a large living room with a large flat screen TV, a large 25 foot oceanfront balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient high efficiency washer and dryer. Located on the 6th floor, you can park your car in the covered parking garage and walk directly to your condo without having to wait for an elevator! Plus, the Grand Atlantic is one of very few oceanfront resorts that offers enclosed hallway access to each unit---during the winter months, you can leave your condo, take an elevator to the bottom floor and access the beautiful indoor pool, indoor kiddie pool, indoor lazy river, indoor hot tub and the fitness center without ever stepping foot outdoors!

*This condo has two parking passes issued by the resort. No other passes are available either from us or the Grand Atlantic Resort.*

This West Indies inspired unit is available to rent as a three bedroom unit that includes a master bedroom with a king bed, private bath, and door opening onto the large 25 foot balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two XL Full beds and a TV. The third bedroom is furnished with two XL Full beds and a TV. A second full bath is conveniently located with easy access from the second and third bedrooms.

Grand Atlantic is a great resort for year round vacationing. The resort's amenities include a beautiful indoor heated swimming pool, 170 foot indoor heated lazy river with rafts, and a large indoor heated kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall and bubbling fountains. Outside, the resort boasts a 65' outdoor pool and another kiddie pool with mushroom waterfalls. Chaise lounges surround the outdoor pools, and a well-kept lawn area with chaise lounges provides additional space for sunning! The resort also offers a mini mart and a fitness center.

We know that you will enjoy your Grand Atlantic vacation whether you're relaxing on the beach or experiencing the numerous activities Myrtle Beach and the Grand Atlantic have to offer. The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

My four friends and I stayed here for a long weekend girls getaway. The condo was clean and as advertised. It was right on the beach and close to everything around the area. Pools were clean too.

Absolutely awesome vacation condo. Everything we could ask for!!

Everything was amazing josh and other staff was very helpful and excellent to us. Only down side was the check in building was a little far out from the condo and the 9:30 check out time was a little to early we feel like. However it was an absolutely amazing vacation staying in an absolutely beautiful condo.

Family vacation for myself, adult children, and grandchildren. The view and location was absolutely amazing. The only real thing that we had an issue with was mold in the washing machine. Our clothes smelled terrible after being washed and even though I tried to wash the mold off with the dish sponge I couldn’t get it out without proper cleaning supplies. Our condo also was not very clean. There were toys from previous guests, black hair in the bathtub, orange stuff on the wall that could’ve been who knows what

Great experience

We all had a good time! The room was exactly as advertised. The owner was very quick when we thought an issue had occurred but it ended up being human error on our part. The pools and beach were awesome. My only complaint is the overwhelming smell of Marijuana throughout the building, and oool areas. Im not againat it, but im not thrilled with my lids having to smell it. Other than that we are all extremely pleased!

Okay stay

This property seemed really nice in the post and im sure most of the time it is. Upon our arrival we found out that one of the two parking passes we had was for the overflow parking lot across the street and behind another business. They were also doing major renovations on the ground floor making it so that you had to dodge construction, inhale paint fumes and look at half finished walls in the inside pool area, the outside pools were both closed and construction was super loud starting at 7:30 am every morning. Also due to the outside pool renovation the only public beach access was closed. The rental company did offer us a 20 percent discount but personally i dont feel like it was worth the money as it presently was. The condo itself was nice, spacious and clean.

Condo was ok

Worse thing was the large roaches in hallways and elevator and few were in the condo. Kitchen faucet has problems it will not work in certain positions , the mattresses in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were not comfortable. AC leaked on carpet. Furniture was old and outdated. To many old and outdated electronics in the main living room it needs to be reduced to one cable box and one remote.

Myrtle Beach College Get Away

Weather was wonderful! Tents and chairs were available for rent in front of condos. Condo was not clean; cleaner arrived that night to re-clean. Management also came to reset tvs as there wasn’t info about controls. Remodeling occurred above us from 9-6 2 days which was very disturbing-a baby could never sleep through that Jack hammering! We did enjoy ourselves in the condo at night. Beautiful view from living room! Saw the blood moon up close!

Great location!

We really enjoyed this stay at Grand Atlantic! Here are the details; What we liked most: location to everything was great, close to airport, shopping, groceries etc and of course right on the beach! Parking garage right to the condo level was great and convenient. The condo was very well equipped with supplies needed and fully stocked kitchen. The large balcony and master room overlooking the ocean was our favorite. The condo was spacious and comfortable. What we liked the least: the cleanliness was lacking especially during times of Covid, we would recommend replacing all throw rugs in bathrooms and entry areas as they were very dirty. There was cleaning wipes available which we used for common areas such as handles and fridge doors. Although checking in and out was convenient from a hands off approach, the location to check in/out is 10-15 minutes away from the condo location, opposite from the airport so it’s a bit inconvenient on check out day to coordinate that extra stop. Overall it’s a very good option for staying in Myrtle Beach!

One of the beds wasn’t really usable in the extra room. Fortunately we didn’t need it. Some of the linens and furniture was stained and although clean still makes me a tad squeamish. The fees were a little excessive and added some extra stress for the week-losing parking permit, replacing keys, moving furniture...it felt like they were a little over the top and those could add a lot of extra costs to a vacation. Just wasn’t really a fan of that and the thought of having to pay so much for a lost piece of plastic!

Beautiful Spacious Condo with Excellent Service!

First, I want to start by saying Thank You to DJ! You are amazing and went above and beyond to help throughout our stay. We greatly appreciate your kindness and all the help! Now to the Condo.. It is AMAZINGLY Beautiful! Very well furnished, with lots of room for all of us -even the kids! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything! There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there! (and we cooked most of our meals there). It rained the first couple of days we were there and we were all comfortable hanging out in the condo, when we weren't in the pool and hot tub. The washer and dryer is great - made our trip much more pleasureable being able to do our laundry IN the condo daily! The balcony is spacious and we were very comfortable hangin' out there looking at the ocean. No one was cramped for space there either! Just an awesome place!! And, we love having the mini mart downstairs (another across the street -perfect!) Also, there's Scooby's a little ice cream shop/grill/bar right on the property too. They have amazing food!! and of course our grandkids LOVED the icecream! We loved it so much that we extended our stay 4 days (it was booked after that or we would have stayed another week!) We are looking forward to out next trip and won't even shop around again; We are staying here! Thank you again, DJ! You were the "fixer" of the TV's.. as I said then we didn't care really but those kiddos did and appreceiated your prompt action to fix it for them! You are the best! The owners are blessed to have you managing their property. You are great at it! Thank you for everything! We won't forget you and are excited to see you ( or at least talk to ya again on our next trip!) The husband, sisters, kiddos, and I appreciiate you!! Til next time, peace! :)

Better than the picture shows

This condo was better than we expected. They definitely need updated pictures. It was clean, great location of the condo off the elevator , great view, easy access to the beach. We had a wonderful time. If we had to make any suggestion, it would be to up date the frying pans. They have everything else that you need in the kitchen. The bathrooms were beautifully updated, just no where to put your soap or shampoo. TV’s were a great size. Internet was great, streaming service like Netflix and cable was available. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets if you need it. Beds were comfortable, Great location. I would also suggest putting some type of concierge‘s book with the owners favorite restaurants, shops, and useful places that deliver would be nice. Management was great and accommodating. My last suggestion would be that the 9:30 check out is to early for a vacation stay. All in all it was a great vacation for our family. We would definitely stay again, if this post does. It have it booked up for the summer, lol.
