THE ***NEW*** SWIMMING POOL IS NOW OPEN.

Pool hours are 9:00am to 8:00pm (30 minutes after dusk).
NOTE: The pool gates have a Bar (per health dept codes) in addition to the Metco key lock. You have to use the Metco key AND LIFT THE BAR to OPEN the gate. The Beach Gate will be a little tricky because the Bar is on the side facing the stairs and the gate is high (again code thing). It will take some getting use to and take some time to work through.
There are still a few finishing things left to do and our new pool furniture won't be in for a few weeks so bare with us as we put the final touches on it! In the mean time, the old lounge chairs are out for you to utilize until then.
For now if you are brave enough to take a cold plunge, JUMP IN! At the very least, you can enjoy the deck and have access to the beach!
We would like to thank you for your patients, this has certainly been a journey for all of us!
We also want to give a shout out to Shane with SRI Pools for our beautiful pool and Doug with Continental Associates for our new seawall and steps. DBC is fortunate to have had the opportunity to benefit from such qaulity workmanship!

*** INFORMATION ON DETAIL TOPICS FOR ROOM #612 AND THE BUILDING DAYTONA BEACH CLUB ***

INFORMATION ON *** SECURITY ***
This information may be posted in the Main Lobby by the right side on the wall of main elevator (If you are facing the elevator). There is a Security Guard that does nightly walk a rounds of the Daytona Beach Club Property. Also you will find a Security Contact Number is * (YOU WILL BE EMAILED THE PHONE # ONCE YOU BOOK THE ROOM)*. Security's scheduled hours are Sunday-Wednesday 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., and Thursday-Saturday 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. Of course there is 911 that you can call in more or extreme emergencies. Also if your electricity goes out phone them (Security Guard) as they will reset the breaker. Also not all electric sockets in your room are under one breaker so you may be able to divert to a working one. If during the day you can phone DAN - Maintenance Man for the building but only from 8:30 AM and Leaves at 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday only. * (YOU WILL BE EMAILED THE PHONE # ONCE YOU BOOK THE ROOM)*. He has an Office in the Main Entrance of the Garage just before the up & down ramps on the left side. It is just a plain wood door with no windows or name. It looks more like a storage area than his office. Just Knock on the door. If he does not answer he is not in. Try later or wait.

INFORMATION ON *** AIR CONDITIONER OR HEATER ***
Once in the room the air conditioner will be on (usually) 76 degrees automatic. It is recommended that normal Hotel Temperatures be set at 74 degrees & of course you may go lower but please not to low or the max. because you may cause a freeze up & then you will have to turn off the air conditioner until the freeze up is melted which may also damage the unit and stop working. Controls are on the right of the Air Conditioner Heating System. Just lift the 6 In. x 6 In. lid and you will see the control buttons. It is also recommended that you leave it in automatic which it should be set to and this will keep your room at the temperature you desire automatically. This air conditioner heating is a 1200 BTUS so you should get all the coolness or heating you will need to stay comfortable. If you do decide to leave your balcony door open please turn off the air conditioner and turn it on once you no longer want your door open.

INFORMATION ON *** GARBAGE ***
It is recommended to take your garbage every day outside to the green dumpster that is located by the garage opening. The green lid on the dumpster is made out of plastic and should be light to lift or swing depending what kind of bin the truck left and easy to open (SOMETIMES THE GREEN LID IS ALREADY OPEN IF IT OPENS FROM THE TOP AND NOT THE SIDE). Your garbage container is located in the kitchen area beside the dresser and you will see a mid size white garbage bag. ( The bag may also be a different color). It is a good idea to throw out the garbage bag every day to prevent unpleasant odors. There should be extra bags under the sink counter or in the bottom of the garbage container. Even normal smaller grocery bags are good.

INFORMATION ON *** BEACH TOWELS OR BLANKETS ***
In your drawer there are 2 Blanket Towels that you can take to the beach.
There are also 2 regular towels that you can also take to the beach along with the Blanket Towels. They will be located in the drawer with the Blanket Towels.
INFORMATION ON *** IN YOUR ROOM ***
Once you open door #519 the curtains will be drawn and it may be dark. On your right hand side there will be a light switch that you can turn on. Also as you enter on the Left Side of the wall there will be another pair of keys along with 1 Parking pass hanging on the wall. If you are driving, place the Parking pass on your front rear view mirror & when leaving the condo for home please do not forget to take that pass and hang it back on the wall. IF you are Motor Biking than you do not need the Parking Passes. The Parking pass will cost you $50.00 to replace it if it is missing and not in the room and the code # will become invalid and CANNOT BE REINSTATED ONCE THE Fifty Dollars IS PAID BY ME THAN THE OLD CODE # BECOMES INVALID is the only way for me to get a new Parking Pass so my next Guest can have a Pass for their car or truck. This is the only way to get a New Parking pass from the Association. (They have to void the # on the missing parking pass which cannot be reinstated once they do this for me to get a New parking pass for the next Guest). Example from the past. A customer drove off and forgot to take his parking pass from his car. I phoned him and told him that I was missing a parking pass. He said he has it in his car and forgot to take it up to the room and he will mail it to me. I told him, if I could not have it by today - the day it was missing, he will be charged Fifty Dollars because I need the pass NOW for a guest or they will be towed. He told me just get one and I told him If I get one then his pass becomes INVALID and CANNOT BE RE-ACTIVATED. That is how it works so he had to pay the Fifty Dollars and I told him not to use that pass as he would be towed or even have a officer asking what he is doing with a stolen or lost pass.
As you entered the room there are 2 beds which each have over all newer bedding sheets. These are 400 Thread Count Luxurious Sateen Cotton Sheets.
There are basically 8 Towels, Hand Towels, Face Cloth, 6 Tall & Short Glasses. 4 Plates, Salad Plates, Soup Bowl, Large & Small Spoons, Lg. & Sm. Forks, Knives. I believe there are 12 to 16 pieces of pots & Pans. 2 extra large knives and Misc. kitchen tools. Paper supplies like Toilet paper, Kitchen Hand Towels, Facial Tissues. Splenda, Sugar, Salt & Pepper are supplied. Fridge, Coffee Maker with paper Filters, Toaster and a Microwave, Dish Washing Soap and either Fantastic or other COVID cleaning Spray in the Kitchen with 5 to 10 rags, Hand soap on the Washroom sink with Soap Bars for the Shower Bath, ( BRING YOUR OWN SHAMPOO) besides miscellaneous things that are all at your service.

Walk right out to the Beach or enjoy a Cool Dip from the Large Pool or relax on the Lawn Chairs on the Pool Patio. There is Free Guest Garage Parking, Laundry Room with Coin Operated 4 Washer & 4 Dryers plus Security on ground during the Night. This is a Wheelchair Accessible Building. Sorry But the Complex Does Not Allow Any Pets.
