We were not given the code for entry into the main resort door. It 2:30 AM, 20 degrees in Florida, and could not get in!!! Our host didn’t even know the code to the outside door!!

To assist guests, prior to arrival, the guest portal is sent via email. The portal contains the lockbox/door code for accessing the unit, checkout instructions, and a list of items provided in the unit, the unit's address and direction, and troubleshooting tips for common household issues. Didn't have any problems. For how old the building is. They keep it welcoming and clean. The condo could use a little updating. When you took a shower the glass door doesn't seal, so water gets all over the floor. The counter tops should be replaced . But all in all it was perfect
