Stayed here with a group of 12 and it was perfect. Wendy was an awesome host. The location was unbeatable, we could walk everywhere so no one had to worry about driving. The house fit our big group easily and the beds were all so comfortable! The house was very clean upon arrival, and had plenty of space to hang out together. Would absolutely book again!5 Stars

Great Location in Park City

Josh and Wendy were excellent to communicate with and helped with easy coordination for check in and out. Highly recommend for any stays in Park City.

Great for big Family or groups

The property is perfectly located walking distance from Main Street Park City. Lots of beds for guests and very well equipped. The house manager is very accesible and very helpful ! Would definitely stay in this property again !

Incredible house!

We came for a large girls trip (18 of us) and couldn't have asked for better sleeping arrangements and location! We walked into town every night - was a dream!

Group of 24 guys for our annual Super Bowl ski trip

Great place and location. A bit tight for 24 grown men but we made it work. Beds were all very comfortable, Huge hot tub, and deck has an open gas fire pit which was awesome!

Our group of girls absolutely loved our stay in PC. This house was absolutely perfect for a large group of girls. The proximity to Main Street is so ideal and the beds are so super comfortable. The house were super communicative and we’re always there if we had any issues and or needed to check in early if you’re looking for a place to stay with a big group this house is literally perfect.

Great location. Jonathan was great. Easy checkin and check out. We had an amazing stay. Hot tub was not working So that was a bummer after a long day of skiing. Location was perfect

Gorgeous place, perfect for large groups

Everything about our stay at this property was perfect. the location, communication from property management and most importantly the property. 14 beds, plenty of room for everyone to have their space, a beautiful design. The house was furnished really well with both look and quality. Next time we're in town we'll definitely try to stay with this property owner and/or management company again.

Great house for large groups

This is a great house for large groups. Huge Kitchen table for a group to play cards. The family rm/kitchen/breakfast area are all connected for the whole group to hang out. The 4th floor loft was perfect for the kids to have their own space. The bunk beds are huge. Plenty of space for adults/kids. Really easy to walk to historic downtown. It was a huge benefit to not have to deal with parking in the evening. If ski in/out is not your number one priority, this is the place to be.

Great location and HUGE space

This place is deceiving from the outside. It is so much bigger than it looks. There are 4 stories and tons of spaces for people to hang out and relax. The hot tub is large and in a private spot that had plenty of shade when it was really hot out. We were able to cook some large meals for lots of people and having two kitchens allowed us to store food for a lot of people over several days. The location is great and it’s very easy to walk to things or run to the store if needed. We had an incredible time and felt really comfortable here. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

This was a last-minute booking because of a host cancellation at a different place, and the property manager was amazing. She got this house cleaned and got us in with minimal interruption to our vacation.The open floor plan was great for a large group. The kitchen and dining area were spacious enough for everyone to eat together.The hot tub was big enough for a large group. And the walk to Main Street was so short we had ice cream every day, sometimes twice! The bedrooms were great. Only four are private, which didn't make a difference, but would have been nice to know for planning.There's not near enough parking for 30 people. We squeezed in and doubled up in the driveway, plus took a street spot.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay here. We booked it for a work retreat. The location could not have been more perfect. Main street was in walking distance, and the home had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space while also having great common areas. Check in was easy, and John was attentive and helpful. It was clean, well furnished, and beautiful. Will definitely come again for any future work retreats!

Great Location, Great House

Amazing location, just at the top of Main Street. Walkable to everything on Main Street. House is very nicely remodeled and modern. It is well appointed, has tons of beds and great lounge space for a large group.
