ProsThe cabin had everything you'd need. Good location. Good views. Enjoyed the Hot Tub and Pool table. Layout/functionality of the cabin was good. The electric fireplace was nice.ConsThe beds were too firm for our taste. The HOA is not doing a good job with the roads. The other beds were directly above the master. We could hear their conversations and movements.

Bear Cozy was exactly what my family and I needed to attend my sister’s wedding in Tennessee. We were able to cook our breakfasts there and season with the available spices so I didn’t have to purchase extra. The separate bathrooms were nice for us to get ready in different areas of the house. Therefore, those waking before others in the home had their own space. Additionally, we enjoyed the pool table. I was happy about the extra blankets available. The host was kind and responsive.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Beary Cozy! The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. Its location was perfect—just a 10–15 minute drive to all the attractions and activities in Pigeon Forge, making it easy to explore the area.Jennifer was an excellent host. She was friendly, communicative, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The community pool was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of seating, making it a great place to relax.Overall, Beary Cozy was the perfect cabin for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Beary Cozy. The cabin was very clean and in great shape. The location was great as well with only a short drive to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The cabin has all the amenities you could ask for too. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay at the Bear Cozy.

We enjoyed our stay! Easy communication with the host and easy check-in with the provided code. Cabin was exactly as described on the property details. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the basic necessities. We loved the amazing mountain view from the back balcony. The game room with the pool table at the loft was an added bonus. We also liked that the second bedroom upstairs had two beds and had its own bathroom. We like having brewed coffee in the morning and we appreciate that the kitchen had a Keurig coffee maker. I would have given this property 5 stars if not for the following problems that we encountered:- broken chair in the game room- one of the pillows in the master bedroom was stinky- most of the pots and pans in the kitchen were worn out and need to be replaced

We had a great experience at beary cozy cabin. It was very clean and felt cozy. It was close to other cabins so that made us feel safe. The only negative would be that the beds were super stiff. Other than that, I would give this cabin a great rating and would stay here again.
