Very accommodating and a great location on Anna Maria. Had a couple of minir issues day one that were remedied quickly by property management.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! It is in the literal perfect location for the beach. We rented a gold cart to get around town, which I would recommend. But it’s very easily accessible by walking as well. Would definitely stay at the house again.

July 4th Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of space, with all couples having their own master suite. The pool was amazing and location could not be better to walk to the beach. We had a 7-month old and pleasantly surprised to have a high chair, pack n play, and walker. And, everything you need for beach (wagon, chairs, towels, noodles). Beach area is amazing and we will definitely come back.

Great location.

Best location on the entire island due to its proximity to the beach, the bay, and Bridge Street with all its restaurants, shops, and bars. The house was perfect and the pool and spa were just what we needed after a long day on the beach.

Perfect location

The property was clean, well maintained, walking distance to the beach, exactly like it was described. Perfect for few families with kids. Has a pool that is maintained and with hot tub. Highly recommend.

Great house

Property was fantastic. It is one house from the bay and 3 houses away from the gulf. We saw a bunch of sunsets and sunrises on the roof deck. Pool was big enough for our family of 5 to swim in and take a break from a day at the beach. We took bikes to bridge street most nights for dinner where you can find plenty of options. House had 2 kayaks and 3 bikes for us to use. Houses is also a quick bike ride to longboat key where we are at Whitney’s. Probably the best food we had while there.

Really great property! Responsive and helpful staff! Can Walk to anywhere you want, or ride the trolley right next to the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

This was the perfect location for our annual family vacation! Was great for the kids and we were even able to bring our dog along. Just steps away from the beach, this was a great spot on AMI- easily accessible to the restaurants and bridge street pier. We even went to longboat key for dinner one night. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

We were able to have a great time with family. The fact that property was within a minute to the beach was great with 2 seniors and 2 kids. We were able to pack lite and go to the house if we forgot something. Gate lock should be fixed it wasn’t able to lock at all. On other properties we stayed the door to the pool had an alarm. This one didn’t had any. Balcony should have an extra safety lock. Traveling with toddlers those things see important. Overall we had an amazing time

Great friends & family trip!

We had the absolute best time staying in Bradenton Beach, as no one from our group of 12 had been before. The rental group was amazing and went above and beyond even letting us stow our luggage when we arrived well before check in & left well after. The house is in a great location and everyone in our group had a blast! We’ve definitely found a new “beach town!”

Great property

Walking distance to the beach. A lot of amenities available and seamless check in process. Minor issues with ice machine not working but this did not affect our vacation.

We had a great time, and the rental house was perfect. It fit our group of 13. The walk to everything was close. The kitchen was a good size. the pool area was fantastic to hang out in after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

The area and the house were un pretty good condition considering the hurricane. We were told 5 times prior to arriving that the pool was in working order but it was not working at all. Very disappointing, that was a key

Perfect Family Retreat

This house was great. It held 13 of us- 3 families with teens and college age kids. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking big meals. Everything worked great. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed daily. There was beach equipment like chairs, umbrellas, and even kayaks. I would stay there again for sure.

Great house in a great location.

Loved that we could walk to the beach. The spacious covered patio was very popular with my family, although a couple of ceiling fans would have made it perfect. The pool was a big hit for the kids, including the very shallow part the baby could enjoy. The hot tub was also popular. Inside, the kitchen was very nice, especially the long bar with multiple barstools. The master suite was amazing! Beautiful decor throughout!
