Beautifully Remodeled Sun City Home

This home has been completely remodeled in 2017. Tile floors in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. New kitchen with granite countertops. This is a very comfortable and quiet Sun City home. New furniture and bedding. Close to shopping, dining, sporting events and recreation centers. I have owned the home since 2003. Recreation centers are available for a nominal fee contact the Sun City Recreation Centers for more information
