Beautifully remodeled home with stunning views. Wake up to sunrise on one patio and sunsets on another or sit by the firepit in addition to watching the golfers on the 14th pin on the Palm Brook course. Enjoy nearby sporting events (minutes away), restaurants, shopping and golf! Join the rec center and experience 7 rec centers and 8 golf courses! Swim, exercise, and classes available from art to cars for $75 a month. One person needs to be 55 or older. There are also bar stools at the bar
