This is the perfect property for a large family or group to stay. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. Our family of 11 stayed over a long weekend for my daughters graduation from Western. There was plenty of space for the kids, parents and grandparents without feeling crowded. We will be returning to stay at Three Rivers Resort again!!

Just right

My husband and our children and their families are been coming to 3Rivers Resort for almost 20 years and this was the first time that we were able to all stay under one roof. House 149 is perfect for large families. The comfort of being together yet having your own space. Nicer than expected, was actually amazed at the large rooms and decor.

Graduation celebration

Family gathered to celebrate a college graduate. Location was perfect distance from college and close enough to Gunnison to still enjoy the town. On site fishing and fly shop gave us plenty to keep us busy. Playground was heavily used by our 4 y/o guest and hot tub and fire side fun was great evening fun for the group. Hope to stay again when our next graduate happens.

Nice, clean and large

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 8 and it was perfect. It had everything we need for a 4 day fishing trip. Very clean, close to the office, restaurant and gift shop. Some fans would have been good for each of the bedrooms as it did get warm even with the windows open, other than that everything thing was great and it is a very nice place. We really enjoyed our stay.
