This SUPER STYLISH property is the perfect place for your vacation! If you have high standards when it comes to rental properties, give this one a try! It is immaculate, gorgeous, and it is direct ocean front!! All linens (bed linens and one set of bathroom towels per each guest) are included in the price. This unit is tastefully decorated in a modern beach style and everyone who stays here LOVES IT!

This condo is very spacious. It is almost double the size of most oceanfront condos in the area. You will be very comfortable here! There is plenty of storage area and places to tuck luggage away, which makes it nice to feel at home. The location is outstanding! Literally, just a few steps to the beach and you can also walk to grocery store, ice cream shop, mini golf, pizza and seafood restaurants, parasailing, banana boat rides, and an ocean front beach bar! What else could you ever need?! :)

We are not located in a hotel, this is our personal condo. Because of this, like most Airbnbs, we cannot offer daily housekeeping. We are happy to provide starters of many items, but we do not provide all the toiletries, paper & plastic products, etc. for your entire trip. If you are not wanting to pack extras, there is a really nice full size grocery store right across the street!

Listed below is what we do provide:

What we provide for bathrooms:
- Six sets of bathroom towels which includes washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels. We do not supply beach towels.
- Two sets of complimentary toiletries which include: Shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, makeup wipe, and mini bath soaps.
- One set of "in case you forgot" items which include: Razor, shaving cream, toothbrush, toothpaste, and grooming kit.
- Two starter rolls of toilet paper

What we provide for kitchen (besides basic pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc):
- Two hand towels, two dish towels
- Starter Paper Towel Roll
- Three Garbage Bags
- Starter pack of dish soap and detergent
- Complimentary Hot beverages including - 2 Regular and 1 Decaf Coffee Packs, 2 Regular and 1 Decaf Teas, and 4 Cream & Sugar packs. Our coffee pot is a drip brewer, not a Keurig.

**Beach chairs and Umbrella are available for rent right outside our condo, beach side.**

If there are chairs in the closet, you are more than welcome to use them.

The entire condo is yours! There is also a pool with loungers that you are welcome to use that is located on the 4th floor. I absolutely love the view from there!! On the same floor, there is also a clubhouse with restrooms which is great to use if you arrive earlier than check-in. There are also vending machines and a nice laundry room on the 4th floor.

This unit is a self check-in which is super convenient for you! There You do not have to wait to meet someone for keys or worry about keeping up with keys while you are on the beach. You simply drive to the condo and punch in the key code and start your vacation! The codes are automatically sent to you by VRBO. Please watch out for an email inviting you to view the check-in instructions!
