Condo was absolutely beachy beautiful and clean. Secondary bedroom great for kids, not so much adults as mattresses are very thin and not comfortable. Master bedroom is gorgeous! Pool was nice and very nice to be able to walk to grocery store, ice cream shop or pizza parlor. I would highly recommend.

We took our 10 month old with us for a quick little trip to the beach for a few days and stayed here. I think the facilities are good, the apartment and view, furnishings are nice. We had no issues other than the sliding door handle happened to be broken. We found the place perfect for our little guy. We put his crib in the extra room and had cartoons we could play for him. The internet was decent and we had cable tv. I would have loved to have a curtain on that sliding glass door. We would come in from the beach mid-day to feed little guy and it's really difficult to watch tv with the light level. Would be nice to have the option to dim the light level a bit.
Now, I'm going to give a gripe about whoever painted that place. It was not bad but not great either. That is a pet peeve of mine because when I paint at home it's done perfectly. There were edges that bleed over there was putty work over the island where it looked like someone painted over the work and didn't sand it smooth before painting. If you painted that yourself, get someone else to do it. If you hired someone, get someone else or get them to fix it. Also, just a pet peeve of mine, the ceilings had holes, bumps, pits,... not smooth and crisp like you would expect a ceiling. Again, this has absolutely nothing to do with how we enjoyed our stay. I just would expect a better paint job/wall work for a place advertised "stylish and renovated".
We loved our stay and the owner was very responsive and nice. We would definitely consider staying again.
Greatest vacation ever!
This condo was so clean and Rebecca was so quick with her responses to any questions we had. This was our first time in Cherry Grove and we will be back for years to come. The condo is well stocked and beautifully decorated. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a nice little "grill" where you can pick up ice cream or a quick lunch on the beach.
Beautiful inside and out!
This was such a wonderful, large condo. It is beautifully renovated, and had everything we needed. The condo and beach were both easily accessible for our daughter who is in a wheelchair. We loved never having to get into our car once we arrived. The only slight complaint was that the daybed needed a thicker mattress or an egg crate. We would love to stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Rebecca's condo. The condo was amazing! It was beautifully renovated and decorated and was very clean upon arrival. You can't get any closer to the ocean and we enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by as we enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. The beaches are wide, beautiful, and not crowded! We were able to walk to pizza places, ice cream, breakfast, mini golf and the grocery store! Our daughters enjoyed searching for shells and even found a big shark tooth! We really enjoyed our stay in Cherry Grove and will definitely return!

Rental Rate and Fees – An advance payment equal to 100% of the rental rate is required within 30 days of the rental arrival date. 50% Payment is required at time of booking. Rates are subject to change until confirmed with a reservation. Please inquire for a final quote. Unfortunately the rate system does not always price out the stay like we would like it to, often it over states the rates by quite a bit. Renter must be at least 25 years of age and on site during rental period. Cancellation Policy: –Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee or $150, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. Weather/Acts of God: Owner is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of god or nature that happen during tenant’s stay and no refunds will be made. With regards to hurricanes, no refund will be given unless: - The state or local authorities order Mandatory Evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/ Hurricane Warning” area and/or - The day that authorities issue a mandatory evacuation order, we will refund: *Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered. *Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and whose stay will be shortened because arrival will be after Hurricane Warning is lifted. *Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the Hurricane Warning period. - No refunds will be given for basic storms or Tropical Storms that do not have a mandatory evacuation order.
