This unit is absolutely stunning. Until 2 years ago this unit was never rented and only used by the owner. Unit has been professionally decorated and equipped with so many extras you will quickly see why this condo that sleeps 8 is so impressive. It has 1330 square feet of living space with 9 ft. ceilings, keyless entry and is located on the 8th floor. You will be able to enjoy the indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, sauna/steam room, hot tub, and gazebos equipped with grills and picnic tables just steps away from the ocean. There is balcony access from the living room and master bedroom that overlooks an amazing view of the ocean where you can relax and watch the sun go down. This unit has an electric grill provided if you would like to cook out in a private setting on the huge balcony. Travertine floors throughout foyer, kitchen, and living area. Beautiful light fixtures that accent this unit. There is a wet bar with ice machine for your convenience and a half bath that connects to a spacious laundry room with tropical theme, hand painted murals, breathtaking views, and elegant touches will only make your vacation more enjoyable and unforgettable.

Regency Isle is a very popular vacation destination. Some of the reasons why is this location is close to great restaurants, deep sea fishing charters, shopping and lots of attractions. Security cameras and on site security helps maintain a safe environment. The umbrella service on the beach helps make your beach experience more enjoyable. Beach volleyball is also available.

Regency aisle is a very nice property, not so big and very well maintained! Security is always checking to be sure all is going well! We had a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful six weeks

We were so blessed to spend six weeks in this beautifully decorated Condo.

Everything we needed to make our visit perfect was provided. I would not

change a thing.

The Owner was great to work with and we are so excited about returning next Fall.

I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for the "Perfect

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. We even had containers to put leftovers in and that's rare. I loved the roomy master bath and the closet to put your suitcases in with lots of room to spare. Lots of towels and linens for you and your guests. Even towels for the pool or beach. A full size washer and dryer made coming from the pool or beach easy to take off your bathing suits and put in the washer and not track in the condo. The mini bar and the ice maker made it even better. The details in the condo were amazing.

Working with Eddie was so easy and very helpful, you don't find many that take as much time as he did to make sure our stay was fantastic, we will keep this condo on our list for next year. The grounds are excellent and having security all the time was great. I also liked having a designated parking space made it even better. The pool area was great and I liked the platform area in the pool just to sit on or float on. The whole experience was so easy and none stressful. Me and my husband would sit out on the balcony every morning and evening and most of the time would take at nap, it was just that nice. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family.

Great, relaxing place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Orange Beach! Nicely decorated and super clean. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking in. Plenty of dishes, pot and pans, containers for leftovers, etc. No filters for the coffee maker though. The extra ice maker at the mini bar was convenient and made ice quickly when we kicked it on the first day. It's noisy though, so we turned it off at night. The balcony is awesome! Nice big table, a George Foreman-type grill that was easy to use and clean, and two wonderful comfortable lounge chairs that I want to live in forever! I would suggest bringing binoculars because we spotted dolphins from the balcony every morning. The balcony bar that's mentioned is not there, but no big loss. It gave more room to get around. It also felt nice and private, and not like you were inches away from everyone else. There were plenty of linens and even extra pillows, although an odd lack of towel bars in the huge master bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was very nice! No extra toilet paper, beyond what was already there. My husband would've liked a little bigger TV, but the rest of us didn't care. On our departure day, the cleaners knocked on our door 45 minutes before the 10:00 checkout, which was a little disconcerting and made us feel a bit rushed. But aside from that, we had an excellent stay and really enjoyed the accommodations.

Gorgeous unit & spectacular view!

This is by far one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. From the beautifully decorated condo down to the fully furnished kitchen. The owners have clearly kept the unit up to date in every way. And the views...what can you say about them other than absolutely gorgeous! We really appreciated the abundance of bath towels and the convenience of a washer & dryer in the unit. This was our 2nd year in Orange Beach and we will definitely be this unit! Thank you Tammy for everything. We truly appreciate you going the extra mile. We have already recommended this unit to several people.
