Desert Shores is located along a beautiful lake with excellent access to amenities and the fantastic freeway system.
Bright and tastefully decorated spacious top floor unit with vaulted ceilings with mountain and lake views. Fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable deck furniture. Large deck to sit back and relax after an active day.
Great location for all sporting events and for moving your students to or from GCU.
*Note that there is a video doorbell bell at the condo entrance and that the HOA does have security camera at the pool, tennis/pickleball courts and other locations.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash and put away dishes. If you are short on time on the morning of checkout please load and run the dishwasher and let me know and the cleaning staff will deal with the dishes.
Turn down bedding on beds that were used during your stay.
Remove open and perishable food from refrigerator. Condiments and sealed beverages can be left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
Desert Shores Condominiums is conveniently located on a beautiful man made lake with a mile long walking path around the lake and lots of natural beauty. We have a wonderful pool/spa area and 2 tennis/pickleball courts to enjoy. Close to all the activities we like to do, easy access to the airport, restaurants, sport complexes and attractions, the awesome freeway system in Phoenix makes it even easier. We love the lake and wildlife, walking around the lake is great exercise and the catch and release fishing is another fun activities not found often in the desert. The large balcony is another great feature, the great weather makes relaxing outside on the deck very nice. Great location for all sporting events, moving students to or from GCU or Mayo and other clinic appointments.
