There is a workout facility and Free wifi. It's Dog friendly as well.

It's a fabulous location, close to Golf, the Light Rail, Restaurants and Biltmore is very close for upscale shopping.

This is a beautiful, well equipped, clean condo. One of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in and I will definitely choose this again. It was very clean and Deb was incredibly responsive. It’s in a safe and quiet gated community with easy access and even the greater area is great. We walked several miles around and felt safe. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely recommend it to others. The owner was fantastic to work with—communication was prompt, clear, and very helpful from booking through checkout, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.The condo itself was very clean and well cared for, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex was also quiet and peaceful.Overall, this is a great rental that we would gladly return to. The only small suggestion would be to consider replacing the carpet in the future to freshen up the space even more. Other than that, everything was excellent!
