Villa NASAU by Abahana Villas

BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL, LOCATED IN BENISSA (COSTA BLANCA). For up to 8 people.

LAYOUT: Villa Nasau is at the end of a quiet street. We will enter the villa through the terrace and we will find the dining room equipped with four sofas, a table and chairs for all of us and an american and modern kitchen which is equipped with the necessary appliances to prepare excellent meals to enjoy with family and friends and there is an access to the pool. In front of the couches we will find a fireplace, a coffee table and a TV. Following the corridor, there is a double bedroom with two single beds. Opposite, there is a bathroom with shower. Upstairs up the stairs we will find the three remaining bedrooms: the first bedroom is a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom has an access to a terrace equipped with a little table and two chairs. Next to it, we will find the other two bedroom with double beds each one. There is a bathroom with shower between these two last bedrooms.

EXTERIOR: Entering the plot of the villa we will have space to park a few cars. The pool will be on our left surrounded by trees and plants typical from our Costa Blanca. We will have an area with sofas and armchairs to share moments with family and friends and relax. Following a few steps we will find a table with chairs under a covered porch, and a barbecue to share meals and make the most of the fantastic mediterranean weather.

LOCATION: This villa is located a few minutes by foot from a spectacular cove with crystal clear waters (Cala Baladrar) and only about 2 km from Moraira with its lively centre and it is a fine sand beach, in this town will have all kind of services, bars and restaurants to enjoy the mediterranean life
