The ground floor comprises a spacious living/sleeping room that features a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. The rustic and cozy furnishings make this room perfect for relaxation.

The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on this level.

Moving to the upper floor, you will find a double bedroom with an exit to the balcony that offers a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. There is also a room with 2 beds (80 cm) and a shower/bidet/WC.

The natural stone floors add to the charm of this vacation home. The gas heating is available at an extra cost.

Montechioccioli has a balcony and a terrace that are equipped with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs. Families with young children can avail of the children's high chair and baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. The vacation home also has free WiFi and reserved parking for 2 cars.
