Il Melograno is a cosy three-family house located in Pontemazzori, just 4 km from the centre of Camaiore. Surrounded by trees and situated in a secluded position in the countryside, this vacation rental provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The property boasts a private, fenced 150m2 terrace garden with a wildlife garden, flowers, and meadow, as well as a courtyard and an above-ground swimming pool (5 x 3 m, depth 122 cm, seasonal availability: 07.May. - 24.Sep.). An outdoor shower is also available for guests to use.

The house consists of three families, and the owner lives in the same residence. The property is situated 14 km from the centre of Viareggio and 39 km from the centre of Lucca. The nearest sandy beach, Lido di Camaiore, is only 12 km away. Although the property is in a secluded position, it is conveniently located near a restaurant (1.5 km) and a bus stop (1 km). A supermarket is also only 3 km away. For those who wish to explore the surrounding area, nearby attractions include Forte dei Marmi (25 km), Pisa (46 km), Carrara (cave marmo Fantiscritti) (50 km), Riomaggiore (5 Terre) (82 km), Firenze (125 km), and Coollodi (Pinocchio Park) (57 km). This apartment is a beautiful and cosy 3-room apartment with an area of 90 m2, spread over two levels. The main living area is an open-plan space that includes a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player. The living room has access to a large terrace, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

There is one bedroom on the lower level of the apartment, which features a comfortable French bed (160 cm) and has direct access to the terrace. The apartment also boasts a large, open kitchen with a dining table, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. The kitchen also features an open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration) and a wood-burning stove.

The lower level also includes a shower room with a toilet. The upper level of the apartment features another bedroom with a French bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower room with a toilet. The apartment is equipped with gas heating (extra), ensuring that you stay comfortable all year round.

The apartment also features a large, roofed terrace and a porch, which are both furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, including a barbecue (portable) and eight deck chairs.
