Visitors can easily take a quick trip to Denver via the new light rail system, making Golden an ideal location for travelers.
Our rental is not a suite, apartment, or townhouse, but a family home with front and back patios that you will have all to yourself! It is comfortably furnished with Saltillo ceramic tile flooring and large living room windows that take advantage of the beautiful view and provide light and warmth to the house. The patio seating areas, with barbecue and fire pit, provide additional options for your enjoyment.
Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed, two twin-size beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Regular beds have pillow-top mattresses and 100% cotton linens are provided for your added comfort. A portable crib with bedding is available on request. Amenities include washer and dryer, internet service, cable, and Apple TV.
Recent upgrades to the property include newly paved front and back patio areas. Our backyard patio includes both gas and charcoal grills as well as a fire pit seating area. Improved landscaping and a private fenced backyard (perfect for your dog) create a restful, mountain-cabin atmosphere with easy access to all the modern and historical attractions of the former Gold Rush-era town center.
