Smoke screen

First off didn’t give me check in procedures until the day before I arrived. On my arrival I looked around and the area was very noisy and lot of things going on. No apartment just all motel style rooms. 1 room not an apartment setting. Management try to charge me more from what I already paid online. I was so upset that I told him No I don’t want to stay here. He says you’ll lose your money that I already paid at that point I was lol ok whatever. But I recommend yall stop doing business with this place. Bad business bad place fr Americans to stay!!!!!
