Golf break

Generally okay, would have liked to meet with owner at the outset to explain access and parking. A second set of keys would have been extremely useful. Air conditioning was noisy and ineffective in main lounge area. One toilet seat was broken and could have been sorted before we arrived. Tea and coffee were provided, which was a nice touch and large bottles of water for each guest. Location was good, although the main road was a little noisy when windows or doors were left open, even though we were on the sixth floor.
