Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request), and a single, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside, there is an enclosed front garden and secure shed for bike storage, while off-road parking is available for two cars. Bolt's Views offers a peaceful escape to County Durham surrounded by a lovely choice of outdoor adventures.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Tiered, enclosed garden with secure bike storage. Two well-behaved pets welcome - although the Owner is open to queries regarding any additional pets. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles. A Personal chef is available on request, please contact owner for more information. Off road parking for two cars, one at the front of the property and one at the back of the property. Access to the property is via an uphill farm track, the track surface is uneven in places and may not be best suited for sports profile or lower suspension vehicles (in snowy and icy conditions, If conditions are really bad and the track cannot be used then there is a footpath leading up to the cottage),vehicles can be parked near the bottom of the track and it is a short walk, approx 100 metres, to the cottage.
