Included is a 31-foot boat slip (#3) with water and electric, offering instant Gulf access and quick ocean access through Vaca Cut. Guests also enjoy a large resort-style pool and beautifully maintained tropical grounds.



The Space:

The main level offers an open layout with beautiful water views and a convenient half bath. The bedrooms are tucked away upstairs with the master suite offering soaring views from its private balcony. There is also a lovely balcony off one of the guest bedrooms. This location is close to charter boats, shopping and Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around. There is a public bus that goes to Key West and Miami.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. ***Beam can not be wider than 10ft, the dock space for this unit is 31 ft. Boats must have a minimum of 3 bumpers ( Stern, Bow, and Spring ) or they will not be allowed to stay.

If bringing a pet, will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee (2 pet max). ***All pets must be leashed while outdoors on the property.***



No smoking on the property or back porches, only area permitted is the front porch.



This property has a 7-Night minimum. No exceptions.
