About this property

Fantastic Ocean View-sleeps 4-Air conditioned in living room and bedroom.

Experience the essence of paradise in our top floor unit. Lush tropical grounds surround two swimming pools and a tennis court. The smell of tropical flowers drift on the wind from over 50 different varieties of vegetation.

Our view extends from South Maui to the exotic offshore volcanic crater of Molokini to the West Maui coastline. In whale season, it's very common to see whales from the lanai. At sunset, enjoy a private moment and listen to conch shells being blown to usher in the evening.

The interior is a tropical decor with tile floors in every room plus a split level A/C unit in the bedroom. One of the few units at Kihei Akahi with A/C in the bedroom.

In the evening, you can barbeque on one of the four grills located by the pools and 'talk story' with other guests then go back and enjoy your evening meal on the lanai while enjoying a sunset Maui style. We know that if you choose to share our 'slice of Paradise,' you will experience the unequaled vacation of a lifetime. We are also hosts to a new short term rental across the street from the ocean. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 story townhouse. Take a look at 4860905.

Perfect! My husband and I did a little interisland staycation to see friends. We were next door, conveniently walking distance to the beach and some shops and restaurants. There is suitable beach gear in the condo- chairs, cooler, and if I believe snorkel gear. The view is super! Perfect for morning coffee and sunset wine. Those are the only pictures I thought to take of the place, but the overall condo was lovely.

Loved the location of this condo. Perfect location with easy walkable access to restaurants and the beach. AC in living room does not quite make it to the master because of the way the hallway is. Kitchen was wellStocked with high end appliances and the cutest dishwasher I have ever seen.

Lovely condo. Great view, good location. Appreciated the clean floors, the iron, kitchen and the wall decor. The futon in the living room is comfortable to sleep on. The AC doesn’t reach the bedroom, so the heat became unbearable for a couple of days. I understand the property owner will be updating the unit to resolve the issue. I would return.

This condo was the perfect location for a friend and I to vacation in Maui for the week. A short walk to the beach, to several restaurants and shops, so close to the airport, and a central base on the island for activities. Spacious for two, including large bed, clean, parking, elevator, beach chairs. Had everything we needed!

This condo is in the heart of Kihei and in walking distance of great beaches and close to many places to eat. Condo is well appointed and great for enjoyment away from town. Perfect for a single travelers as well as couples.

This unit has stunning panoramic views of the ocean and is very comfortable and clean inside. We saw whales from the balcony daily! The surrounding area is superb as well. We highly recommend booking :)

Anniversary vacation

We've been staying at Lynn's condo since 2002, it's like coming home everytime. The top floor condo has awesome ocean views where you can watch whales and sunsets from the lania. The location is wonderful. Everything you could want or need is within walking distance.

Perfect For Our Holiday

We loved the location on the island as it was close to the beach and restaurants. The rest of the island was easily accessable as well. The actual condo had everything we needed - the view being at the top of the list. The actual property was incredible - filled with native flowers and plants. It really was a week of our own little paradise.
