4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 4 twin beds. 3 bathrooms (2 jetted tubs + large wheel-in shower). Full size washer & dryer. Cable TV & WiFi.
5min drive to Astoria & 10min drive to Seaside.

Kitchen, Great Room, Pool(table) Room, Laundry Room. Bedroom w/Queen Bed. Bathroom w/walk-in shower.

Family reunion

Spent a lovely three nights catching up with family and this was the perfect house! Lots of room for everyone, all the little things were provided, short drive to the beach and grocery store and Astoria. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Really enjoyed it!

A very nice home and location. Three couples were very comfortable there. Would give it a 5 star except for under beds needed some cleaning attention, but that was it, the rest was very very nice! Would recommend!

Check in and out was easy, the kitchen is well stocked, but we found some of the stove burners weren’t working but there are plenty of them that got the job done. Plenty of room for everyone in our group of 8 adults.Loved that it was a block from a major grocery store!

A fantastic get away when you are going for fishing. Hosts were very accommodating and when we left luggage behind they shipped it for us. Would stay again.

This house is great for a large group! It has plenty of space to spread out, multiple bedrooms/bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and the backyard is super cute! I would love to come in the summer and enjoy the fire pit. The host was very responsive. Will definitely be back!

This property was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The backyard area with the fire pit and patio were so picturesque, two rooms had sweet little balconies, and the pool table was a fun plus! We will definitely keep this place in mind for return trips.

Beautiful home!

This house had something for each of the eight of us, ages 8 to 77. The Hobbit Hole was perfect for the 8 and 10-year old; the pool table was great for all; the fire pit provided great s’mores. The “hot tub” would be better described as a jacquzi in the master bath.We enjoyed the day at the nearby beach with the Wreck of the Peter Iredale.

Perfect Family Stay

We (the several generations) that own, built and care for this wonderful home, would like to welcome you to our one-of-a-kind beach retreat. You will never find another home quite like this one... Every piece of wood in this home was handcrafted by our family as it was built from the ground up. Each item in the home has a story to be told by someone who we consider family. We have spent the past 30 years building what is now a place to create memories with your loved ones, cook food, catch fish, roast mellows and tell stories by the fire.

Why they chose this property

This (original) home/property has been in the family for over 100 years. It started as a small 400 sq ft fishing/home that was built from reclaimed wood after a shipwreck in the area. Over the past five generations we have rebuilt, added-on and recreated the home to fit our large, extended family (Ohana). Never forgetting where it all started, we have tried to maintain the warmth and love that this amazing home has always provided us. It has taken many years to get to where we are now, and we want nothing more then to share our home with others. We hope that this home will give you the many great memories that it has for us!

What makes this property unique

Our hope is that you will fall in love with the many small touches in this home... From laying in the hammock on the front porch, watching the Eagles nest in the nearby trees, to the two jacuzzi tubs to soak in. The hardest decision you will have to make while staying here will be choosing which of the 3 fires you want to snuggle up next to at night!
