757 South Prom, Seaside, is located on the Promenade just a few blocks south of the famed 'Turn Around.' This location is the best Seaside has to offer with a stunning unobstructed oceanfront view. Just steps to the promenade it's an easy stroll to restaurants, shops and activities but just far enough away from the crowds and the noise. Beach access is easy with a 30 second walk to stairs leading to the sand.

The home was built in 2007 after tearing down a badly deteriorated home and replacing it with two new homes, each sharing a common soundproof wall. Plenty of room for your group to spread out in 3,000 square feet on three levels but with two common ares large enough for everyone to be together. The home has five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two gas fireplaces, washer and dryer, decks front and back, two car garage, gas barbecue, a fleet of cruiser bicycles, wireless internet, 2 color TV's, VHS, DVD, and stereo. The house is very well appointed and well stocked with supplies. Our occupancy permit limits guests to a maximum of twelve.

Bedroom details; On the basement level you will find a bedroom with a full size bunk bed (full on top and full on the bottom) capable of accommodating four children or two adults. A common area includes a full size futon,

On the main floor, the primary bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and sliding glass door to the rear deck.

The upstairs has another large bedroom with the best view in the house. French doors open onto a loft area with a stunning ocean view. This room has a queen bed and access to the upstairs bathroom. The loft area features another queen futon. Two more bedrooms are found upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with a set of full size bunk beds (full on top and full on the bottom). This makes nine sleeping surfaces so for those that don't want to share, there are options.

Note regarding Covid-19; My cleaning crew has been with me for 17 years and they are outstanding. We have adopted CDC and Oregon Health Authority guidelines but have taken it a step further and are incorporating additional measures to provide a clean and safe environment for you, your family and friends.
