Cozy one bedroom, one bath condo with a private balcony and full kitchen, located in the center village of Copper Mountain. This is one of the larger one bedroom units at Passage Point with 643 sq ft of living space and a view of the ski slopes. It’s less than a 3 minute walk on the heated village walkways to the main ski lifts (American Eagle and American Flyer). Included with rental is access to the ski lockers, heated underground parking, 3 hot tubs, and fitness facility (cardio and weight machines). The fitness facility has had a complete renovation over the summer and includes all new free weights and machines.
Have a relaxing night sleep on the comfortable king bed in the bedroom and the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace and watch a movie from our 50+ DVD collection on flat panel TV's.
Located within the building is a steakhouse restaurant, coffee shop, and a bank. Directly in front of the building, there is a stop for a free shuttle bus to Frisco and other areas of Copper. Frisco is a larger town only 6 minutes away (by car) from Copper Mountain, and has a large grocery store, Walmart, several sporting goods stores, and restaurants. Combined with the restaurants and shops in Copper, there will be no shortage of supplies or entertainment.
Copper Mountain is about 75 minutes from Denver directly off I-70, and it’s nestled between Vail and Breckenridge, making it an ideal vacation location. Vail is about 25 minutes west on I-70, and Breckenridge is only 20 minutes away.
Copper is a great Ski/Snowboard destination. With over 20 lifts and 2433 acres, the mountain artfully blends terrain for all ski/snowboard skill levels by naturally separating advanced runs from the beginner slopes. Rather than mixing the beginner skiers' area with the more advanced terrain, Copper has made SAFETY PRIORITY ONE with an entire mountain area dedicated for the family and the beginner skier/rider. It is ranked as one of the top ski schools in the country.

About Jim Folaron
We're a military family and have traveled all over the world. I was born in Colorado, and my wife went to college in Colorado Springs. We've always loved skiing and the mountain atmosphere. It has been our dream to be able to own a condo in a Colorado ski village.
Why Jim Folaron chose Copper Mountain
We love to ski. Copper Mountain is a great mountain for skiing and boarding and it's centrally located between Vail and Breckenridge, making it an ideal location for visiting multiple resorts. Additionally, Copper is located directly off I70 and about 25 minutes closer to Denver than Vail. This was a huge bonus for us, especially since Vail Pass frequently closes due to bad weather.
What makes this Condo unique
The number one benefit of Passage Point is the location. It is a very short walk to the slopes, and the heated walkways of the village make it simple and safe to get to the lifts. Another unique benefit of Passage Point are the three hot tubs exclusively for guests of our building.

Very very nice..management company is wonderful
Condo was clean quite and had a great view...will most likely be staying again next nationals during late March early may.
Great location for all ski areas
Convenient, clean very nice unit. Would definitely book again.
Very nice condo right in the village area. Key pick up was simple and close. 5+ easily!
Owner and his booking company were exceptional to work with. Condo was clean and very homey. I have stayed at Passage Point other years thru the resort booking and refused to pay their high prices this year. Was so pleased to find this gem. The hot tubs on site were fabulous after a day of skiing. The underground parking is definitely a plus as well. We will be booking again for next year!!
Great place to stay for our ski trip
In addition to what I would normally expect from a 1 bedroom condo, this one included underground parking, a full kitchen (with dishwasher), plenty of dinnerware and utensils, 2 televisions, K-coffee maker, boot dryer, fireplace, ski locker, and a short walk to the American Eagle.
Key pickup was easy and convenient and checkout process was also super easy. (Pretty much just load and start the dishwasher and leave the keys in the room).
The king bed was comfortable and my son didn't say anything bad about the comfort of the hide-a-bed. Plenty of pillows and blankets also.
The blu-ray player didn't work on either of the disks we brought, but that didn't bother me since I brought a laptop and didn't expect a blu-ray player to begin with. Maybe could have supplied more bathroom towels (there was only two), but again, I wasn't sure what to expect so I brought my own.
Overall there were more unexpected bonuses than anything I could find wrong. Would stay again and recommend to others.
It really is gorgeous!
I really liked this perfectly located secure building and updated condo! It has all the necessary amenities and very pleasant decor. Very close to center village and all the activities of Copper Mountain including a short walk to the lifts!
A very nice unit, well maintained and an excellent view.
