Mi Casa Su Casa. We hope you will agree everything Casa Perico has to offer will be your perfect get-a-way. Beautifully appointed with custom designed furniture and amenities that will fill what ever time your not relaxing. Well located in the new Harbour Isle development, on the Anna Maria Sound. The Harbour Isle development is close to shops, restaurants, the beach, pool and more. Covered parking space and additional off street parking will accommodate multiple cars and visitors. The spacious, new, well lit, elevator will help get all your goodies to The Casa. The development is surrounded by protected Florida mangroves. Neal Preserve is right next us with great, walking, photo ops and wildlife. Our 2 bedroom is set up to sleep 6 comfortably. A large open kitchen combined with the living area is great for a couple, a boys/girls get-away or the entire family. Huge glass doors open to your private lanai overlooking gorgeous landscape and the morning sun. We love it for our family and we think you will too.

Very well appointed condo. Has everything a family would need. We always love staying at this location as it is central to all our experiences (need car) but you can always use the monkey bus or uber. Bikes are always a plus!! The heated salt water pool is fantastic for the littles.

Beautiful condo just off of AMI

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Perico! The condo is very spacious and an ideal setup for a small family. The pool area, splash pad and playground are well maintained. Though we had a few glitches with getting into the unit, the owners were very responsive and worked with us to resolve the issues. We look forward to coming back next spring!

This is our fourth time at Casa Perico. The property is amazing. Floridays restaurant is close for those nights you don’t want to go far. The owners are quick to respond to questions and help in any way they can. Will see you next February and March. Thank you for letting us be a part of Casa Perico.

Great area

We were already familiar with the area and building we stayed in. We almost purchased a condo there 3 years a go to live in as a permanent year round home. This was a great test run and are glad we did not purchased. We were not aware of the large rental market. We were on a 3rd floor unit and could hear kids running across the floor above. Dogs barking outside, people talking loudly, etc. and new neighbors every week. Nice for a short stay but not as a permanent home.

Beautiful Condo in Great Setting

Condo is very beautiful with a gorgeous kitchen, open concept, with a wall of windows that can be completely opened to the lanai. Large bedrooms each with it's own bath, large walk-in closet. Place was very clean. Kitchen not well stocked, and thermostat did not function properly to keep the heat where it was set. Would not come out of the 60s.

Very nice condo. Clean and great kitchen layout. Only had a short stay (3 days), but enjoyed the time we had! We would suggest a ceiling fan on the screened in porch. Thanks!

Independence Day 2019

We had a wonderful time on our recent visit to AMI - the condo and facilities were beautiful, the beach was spectacular- crystal clear, warm waters, clean soft sand beaches, and yummy food. Definitely on our list for a re-do. We liked Bradenton Beach, but thought the quieter northern portion of Anna Maria beach less hectic and parking easier.

Amazing hospitality and a great location!

This was our first time traveling to this area and we are so happy that we chose Casa Perico for our stay. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Everything is decorated so wonderfully and it was very comfortable and welcoming. The complex itself is very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the splash pad for the kids when we weren't at the beach. We also enjoyed having a covered parking space which is so helpful on the hot Florida summer days. The location was great being just across the bridge from Anna Maria Island and all of the beaches, but away from the congestion of people and traffic on the island on busy days. We loved checking out the local restaurants that the owner's recommended. We did not have one bad meal, all were fantastic. Working with Karen & Jon was great from the initial transaction and all the way through our stay. They truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and provide everything you need. Any minor questions we had, they responded immediately and were there to help. I would recommend Casa Perico to anyone visiting the area and we will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

Jon and Karen personally manage the property. They have partnered with close friends and they, chiped in together and bought the condo. SWe are all from Ohio (Dublin and New Albany) and yep, we are big OSU fans. Anyway, we all wanted a place we could use for vacation as well, and just love the islands.

Why they chose this property

Karen and I have been coming to the islands for years. We started managing properties about 5 years ago and began to understand the market. The Islands have many great areas to visit, live and play in. Harbour Isle was recently developed and a friend of mine, purchased a place. We started going down and fell in love with the development. The islands can get busy and our community is gated and locked off. It's very relaxing and beautiful. The condo is on the 3rd floor and overlooks mangroves and amazing landscape. The condo, itself, is well laid out. When you walk in the natural lighting baskes the open floor plan. A huge granite island and brand new appliances appoint the kitchen. The dining area has a custom finished dining room table from a local artist. Many of the pieces are from local artists making The Casa very comfortable and full of island flair. We have 2 master bedrooms and 2 full baths. We thought long and hard on how to set up the bedrooms. One master has a King and the other a queen and two twins with a pull out in the family room. We felt this is the best setup for many different family and friend configurations. One of my favorite features is how the architects designed the lanai to work with indoor open floor plan. Huge glass lanai doors can be opened to combine the dining and family room or keep them closed for a cozy reading area or separate game area. The lanai is also screened for your comfort.

What makes this property unique

Surrounded by Mangroves and water. The development on Perico Island has a great preserve right next to it. Neal Preserve. With all of this, it's a great place to walk and investigate.
