Why Greg Goran chose Old Towne
This property has been in the family since 1971. It is special because we are in a great neighborhood with a lot of kids and great, fun families to hang out with. We are centrally located near a school and a shopping center, and walking distance to the beach and downtown so you can walk everywhere. Seal Beach has kept its small town feel while being close to bigger cities for more options
What makes this House unique
Some unique things about our property include all the eco-friendly work we have put into it. The house is solar powered, has a California native landscape with organic fruit and vegetables growing on site for our guests to enjoy. We also have a aquaponics system on the side of the house where we raise fish and plants together, which also provides more fresh salad and vegetables for our guests. The fire pit in the front yard is a great place to relax for an evening fire on those warm summer nights. The pool has a removable solar cover which keeps it a toasty 80 degrees all summer long.

There are so many great things to do locally. Seal Beach has a great surfing and swimming beach with a pier to stroll on. Lots of great restaurants, markets, pubs, and shops in town and a Pavilions grocery store 2 blocks away. Long Beach is close with the Queen Mary, Aquarium of the Pacific, Catalina Island Ferry, and many other attractions. Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland are both about 20 minutes away, while Long Beach Airport is 15 minutes and LAX about 30 miles. Huntington Beach known as Surf City USA is 15 minutes south with miles of beaches, world-class surf, and lots of other attractions. There are many local bike paths and trails in the area to go for a ride on, and Long Beach and Huntington Harbors both offer kayak rentals.
