Can not say enough positive things about this place! Absolutely amazing location. Walking distance to the falls and everything you could imagine doing for all ages. Enjoyed our stay. Very clean, good location, nice quiet neighborhood. Stairs are a little tricky, but not really an issue for us. The home is great, lovely furnishings and very well equipped. It met all of our needs, no complaints at all.

We arrived at the house later at night. It was located on a quiet street, close to all the attractions. The house was very clean. It had all the amenities yiu need. I would definitely rent this house again.

This property was beautiful , clean, modern, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch. Peaceful neighborhood. Just a warning, the stairway was steep and steps were very narrow making it difficult for us seniors to go up and down.

Wonderful stay

Very comfortable and well equipped home. Very comfortable sleeping accommodations and plenty of linens, blankets pillows. Be cautious about the stairs going up to the second floor. They are rather narrow. A couple of recommendations to the owner would be to provide guests with a tour guide booklet/maps of the area and places of interest to go and visit and a welcome package about features in the house would be helpful as well.

Great Location. Well equipped kitchen.

From the big deck to the spacious living areas we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of dishes and cutlery as well as a decent set of pots and pans and bowls which is unusual in my experience. There was coffee and tea and a few spices available. The location was perfect. Close to downtown coffee shops and bars, a half hour paved trail walk to Clifton Hill and a quick drive to Whirlpool Adventures. The couch in front the of the TV was super comfy. The bathrooms were clean and there were lots of cleans towels available. Neither bathroom was an ensuite but since they both had full showers and tubs it was not an issue. The host was easy to communicate with, quick to answer questions and accommodate our requests. All instructions were clear. We would definitely book this house again.

Great home in the quiet residential area

We had the best experience imaginable. The house is located just under 2 miles from the heart of Niagara Falls, and we walked there every single day because it was so close. There were plenty of space for 4 and outdoor gazeebo and porch. The house is in a quiet residential street, which was a big plus. Also, just 20 min away from Niagara-on-the-Lakes and lake Ontario, which is a "must visit" town. The place also comes with big kitchen and dining area, and comes wiyh coffee machine, toaster, microwave, stove? so you’ll have everything you need during your stay. We loved the small details like free drinks in the fridge on arrival. The WiFi is strong, there are two bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom on the 1st floor and another upstairs. The house is located on a quiet side street, but it’s possible to walk to the center of town with shops and restaurants in less than 20 minutes. Overall, highly recommend!
