The entrance to Villa Victoria is accessed by several steps leading down to the property. Full of natural light the spacious open plan living area greets you on the ground floor with a very well-equipped kitchen with all Bosch appliances incorporating an integrated oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle, UK toaster, juicer and water cooler. There is a kitchen island with 4 stools and an elegant dining table with seating for 8 people.

With stylish décor throughout and floor to ceiling large glass windows/doors, the comfortable lounge looks out across the pool and to breath-taking sea views. The lounge includes 2 sofas, an armchair, a start of the art electric fire, and a large smart TV. The property also boasts an integrated sound system with speakers indoors and on the pool terrace.
