Quiet, peaceful, and cozy updated cabin is located midway between downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Experience the views of Deer Mountain from the solitude of the private patio, while watching deer, elk, big-horn sheep, bobcats, and perhaps even a bear wander through the property. Our lot is .75 acre and is covered in trees, rock boulders and amazing views. You will hear the rumbling of Fall River just a few hundred yards down the hill. The cabin is located in a cul-de-sac for maximum peace and quiet. Come and enjoy the brilliant night sky and the breathtaking sunset!

The main level master suite features a queen sized bed and full-size laundry facilities. The kitchen features granite counter tops, newer cabinetry and is well appointed with dishes, cookware, utensils. Appliances include: toaster, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Two tables for dining and gathering on the main level. The living room has new leather sofa w/ queen pull out sleeper and love seat with chairs complete with a large HD TV over the wood-burning fireplace.

Scenic outlook from the large front deck and cement patio in the back of cabin are the perfect place to end the day. Patio has a private full-size hot tub, gas grill, updated landscaping and patio table with 6 chairs. Upstairs loft area has updated 1/2 bathroom, great windows, one queen bed and one twin daybed with twin trundle. Cable and internet provided with complimentary WIFI.

There are no RVs or trailers allowed on the driveway. There is a 2 car limit on the driveway. Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 pm.

Very comfortable, cozy cabin. Close to Estes Park but still sufficiently secluded. Super convenient; it’s literally a 5 minute drive to Rock Mountain National Park. We loved using the hot tub. The deck was anlso great to sit on and view the mountains and wildlife. Everything was organized (separate towels for shower and hot tub). It’s a small thing, but as a CPAP user, I appreciated that there was an extension cord on the side of the bed to easily plug it in. If we were to visit RMNP again, we would definitely stay here.

Mindy was excellent at communicating! This cabin jad a few things that many lack and were much appreciated such a throw blankets. We saw turkey and elk on the property and the hot tub was great after a long hike at RMNP.

You can walk or bike into town in a couple of minutes and come back home to the mountain setting amidst the boulders, outcroppings, and large pines. And the awesome 360 Mountain views! Wildlife frequents the property, which is a real delight. Hot tub is especially relaxing while looking at the mountains and stars.
