Perfect for de-stressing while maintaining the comforts of home
The cabin is very well laid out to provide comfort and privacy, with the two bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. The kitchen is a comfortable size and everything we needed was there. It was comfortable and very clean.
We especially enjoyed the back deck. It was divided into three sections, an open deck accessible from each bedroom, plus a center screened section accessible from the living room.
The staff at Mountain Air were all terrific and went out of their way to make sure that things went smoothly for us.
We would definitely stay there again. I would have given it 5 stars if there was wi-fi and phone reception. One Verizon phone was able to get some coverage, but for the others, we had to get fairly close to the front gate to get coverage. Most of the time it was liberating, but sometimes we really needed the ability to communicate.
We had enjoyed the property!
The location is very good. We would like go back next time for longer stay.
Great layout, but wished I knew about the water and no cell service.
The reality company that manages this property were really helpful. The layout of the cabin is wonderful and the screen porch was perfect. The thing in deep people need to know about the cabin is that it does have well water which isn't a big deal, but unfortunately, this cabin has sulfer in the water. It doesn't have much of a smell, but it taste terrible and when you shower you still feel as if you have soap on you. Also, we have Verizon and didn't have service at all at the cabin. Service was hit and miss until you reached the beginning of the Shagbark community around the guard shack.
