This large, 4-bedroom beach house offers privacy to get away from the crowd, or to give kids and adults a little space to "Keep Calm and Carillon".
 
The 1st floor boasts of a large open floor plan with two seating areas and large screen TV. The dining area and breakfast bar seats up to 12 guests comfortably. The high-end kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops.  There is a Queen bedroom behind the kitchen area. Just inside the back door entrance there is a bathroom for your convenience.  The back deck offers a table and chairs. There is a gas grill and outside shower. The spacious, relaxing front porch is screened in.

Keep Calm and Carillon is steps away from the beach via walk-over #8 and the Carillon Lake Pool.  A set of complementary beach chairs (2 chairs) and pads with one umbrella are set up for you daily at walk over #8 (March 1 - Oct 31). Book your stay with us and see why families "Keep Calm and Carillon" at Carillon Beach. Beach Towels are provided for our guests.

Keep Calm and Carillon is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.
 
PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $37.50/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

Great family home

5 adults and 5 children...plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. Also there was room to for kids and adults to separate with the daybed and TV in the tower.

Perfect vacation

The house was the perfect size for our group and very clean. Lots of pots, pans, silverware much more than needed and very organized. It’s much closer to beach walkover than map shows. It was a short walk. We also walked to dinner in town square and to pickleball courts. Great vacation!!

Love KEEP CALM & CARILLON

We have been renting in Carillon for over 25 years. As our family grew we left Pinnacle Port and searched the new homes being built in Carillon. Love this property and location. Fits so well with our needs and even have a guest bunk upstairs that family who live at PC can come and visit for a night. And, when there is a small issue the host responds right away and takes care of it.

Family friendly and lovely beach home

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and beautifully decorated beach home. Our every need was met, including in the kitchen, where I cooked almost every night. There were sand toys and tennis rackets for our children to enjoy and easy access to the beach walkover. Carillon Beach Rentals property manager as well as the housekeeping staff are AMAZING in their attention to detail, cleanliness, and sincere concern for renters to have a wonderful experience. We have rented for years in this area and are continually impressed, year after year, with the job that they do. We look forward to returning to this lovely and relaxing beach home in the future!

Keep calm

Very accurate description of property. Great for family or friends staying together as home had multiple sleeping arrangements. Only complaint would be that the home had quite a bit of glass decorations and coffee/end tables. This isn’t truly a bad thing except when you are traveling with kids it can make things a bit more restless with the worry of things getting broke/kids getting hurt. But overall this was a great place to stay and the property manager was very easy to work with!

Great Home for Family Gathering

The open concept kitchen, dining, living and bar areas were perfect for meals and group games. The kitchen is fully stocked with all manner of cooking utensils and silverware. An icemaker in the bar area was an extra special touch. The bedrooms were well appointed and the balcony off the main bedroom is spacious. The fact that you can see sunrise, sunset and the gulf from the the third floor balcony is a plus. As stated in the description, this house is close to both the beach walkover and lakefront community pool. We really appreciated the convenience of one or both depending on what we were in the mood for. Our reunion has grown to three houses in this community and I will definitely be checking availability once the dates for next summer are set.

Amazing House

Such a beautiful community & the location of the house was perfect!! Just a very short walk to the beach access which is so nice; however there are several steps that lead down to the beach (that is my ONLY complaint) The house is amazing with so many awesome features!! The kitchen was so well furnished with great cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee mugs & glasses. The coffee pot allows you to brew a full pot or you use K-cups. They have beach towels & floats for your use. Also 2 beach chairs & umbrella on the beach. All the beds are so comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 11 sleeping, eating together & just hanging out in the living area which is very large. All the bedrooms had a TV which made all the kids so happy! Our teenagers loved renting bikes & riding all over the community. One of the most amazing features was the separate ice maker in the bar area!! We definitely utilized that a lot!! I have to say the communication before arriving & during our stay was first class!! It was such a pleasure renting this house and we hope we will have the opportunity to rent "Keep Calm & Carillon" again!!

Well appointed from BR to kitchen, well kept inside and out. We pay out the YingYang to stay in Carillon because we love it and this home did not disappoint. My wife and daughters raved about the kitchen and the available cookware. The small pool and beach are so close. I am a little concerned with the increasing number of folks who don't seem to understand or care about music etiquette at the pools and beach. It only takes one idiot and a portable sound system to ruin a day. My wife and I grew up in the area and are probably just educated Rednecks, but when one person/group thinks everyone in a 50yd radius wants to hear their playlist, I cant help but recognize their lack of class and courtesy.

Cozy house by the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 7th year staying in Carillon Beach. We used to love that it was so quiet and affordable during the month of May (off season). This year it was full of construction workers which made the stay very loud. We had a porta john outside our home which many of the construction workers used and left trash outside of it. For the amount of money we had to pay to look out on the porch at a porta john was not pleasant. The home was recently renovated which was nice. However the smoke alarms constantly went off while cooking and in the middle of the night which scared us half to death. Maintenance had to come in and fix a few things that also weren't finished correctly. Again non of this would of bothered us because we figured we would be back next May 2024 and Karen would take care of us. She did offer to buy us a bottle of wine while for the inconveniences but we do not drink alcohol. When trying to book next summer for the homes here the price again went up several hundreds of dollars. Not only was their construction through the community but where the shops were was terrible and was under MAJOR construction... again wouldn't of been a big deal but we were charged again several hundreds of $ more than the previous years to be in a place that wasn't very desirable. We may or may not come back to Carillon Beach... Our kids love it but right now we are just very disappointed with the treatment from Karen. We feel that we have been loyal and faithful customers, took care of the homes we rented as if they were are own only to be treated as just another number. This home is very lovely and you will enjoy staying in it. I know we did the last two years. Just know that a lot of construction and rebuilding is going on.

Our annual trip to Carillon!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We Go to Caroline every year and this is our first time staying at this house. This house is in a great location close to the beach and the pool. Upon entering the front porch looked rough. It really needed some love and that kind of set the stage for the downstairs. The furniture felt well used when you started to really look at it. My biggest complaint was the electric stove and the refrigerator. The stove eyes were not level and it was just aggravating to try and cook and it was small for a large crowd. The fridge door had no shelves so we just had to cram our groceries in. Nothing major just the little things that stand out. I did not report these issues because I didn’t feel like they were a maintenance issue but rather a standard issue. Like I said It was at the end of the season and everything downstairs just looked tired. Upstairs was clean and well kept. So I didn’t feel the need to bring this up. I would stay here again if I had to but It wouldn’t be my first choice.

Perfect For Families

It really does sleep fourteen people(does not include sofas). We do all of our own cooking. The kitchen is well stocked with everything I needed. The location cannot be better. One short block and your on the beach. The house manager is so accommodating and willing to help with anything. We look forward to staying here again.
