DISPONIBLE A PARTIR DEL 6 DE JUNIO. En un espacioso 3180 pies cuadrados de lujo de alta gama, Kindness Matters es ideal para familias y cuenta con varias áreas de reunión / entretenimiento. Esta nueva casa de playa con vistas al lago Carillon. Ubicado en el centro de Carillon Beach, ofrece un cómodo acceso al centro, la playa, las piscinas, las canchas de tenis y el parque infantil.

Finally, with the age of my grandkids, the close location to the downtown area and Village Green was a real plus. Kids loved getting treats from both the cafe and General Store and the moms loved walking for coffees. My daughter said it was her favorite house to date.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this stay was excellent! We wouldn't change a thing! The house is so well equipped and thought out. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/grilling, it was nice having beach towels so we didn't have to travel w/them and the proximity to the beach was great! We really enjoyed having a lake view and spent our mornings having breakfast on the porch. The outdoor fireplace was great to have at night (spring break weather is always unpredictable). Couldn't have really wanted anything else. We love this community and loved the house just as much! Grocery store was super convenient and we enjoyed driving to other communities on 30A but having a smaller, less crowded community to come home to! The beach was not crowded like we've seen in other areas of 30A and it was nice having the chairs and umbrellas! We hope to come back for another stay in this same house again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great House!

We loved everything about this house. It was perfect in every way. The bedrooms are spacious and we loved that each room had its on bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. The living space is very comfortable for games and conversations! We will rent this house again!

Ample pots and pans, multiple cutting boards, plenty of plates...the beverage fridge and separate ice machine was a very nice bonus!In addition, the house came with plenty of towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. We took advantage of all the community had to offer. We shopped the shops, ate the food, drank the wine, rode the bikes, attended the concerts, used the pools, played the courts, and loved the beach.We are thankful for a great trip. We'll be back again soon!

It was very ,very clean. Everything is in great shape, really nice finishes, great kitchen, wide hallways, a lot of living space, outdoor covered fireplace that we used every is great! Great location in Carillon--really close to the Main St/village area, and also really close to two walkovers. And easy for our kids to get to the basketball court. It was our family of 6 and another family of 5, and we all had plenty of room. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back!

We loved the lake view , especially fro the 2nd floor decks. I am certain We will be returning again in the future . The property manager ( Karen ) is super knowledgeable and helpful: she was available in person promptly, when even minor adjustments required attention .We have stayed at 4 different homes in this community over the past 9 years and this was by far the nicest home and associated amenities .Thank you Kindness Matters !!

A Weekend to Remember

Kindness Matters was one of several homes in Carillon Beach used for friends and family for our son’s wedding. However, Kindness Matters was the nicest one of the lot. Our hosts, Karen and her team, took great care of us and everything was perfect. She even answered a few questions while she herself was on vacation out of the country! Thank you for being an integral part of a very important weekend for our family!
