Amazing location on the beach
We loved staying right on the beach with amazing views from every room! It was a 4 minute walk to the village, just a terrific location. We can't wait to come back!

This house and beach was exactly what my family needed during this crazy time. The distance to the beach and Siesta Village were perfect (the kids enjoyed gelato every evening). The house was in great condition. Mr. Looney was fabulous to work with. We have stayed in this house twice and have yet to be disappointed. Looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful home, fabulous location. Very spacious. A few screen doors needed repair but no big deal. We will be renting again. Absolutely perfect!
The property was clean and just perfect for our needs. There were plenty of dishes and tools for cooking large meals. We were so pleased. Most of all, we were pleased the owners were so responsive when we had odd questions - it was easy to text a quick question and they always responded in a timely way. Thank you for a great stay!

Why Ronald Looney chose Siesta Key
Our family fell in love with Siesta Key during family vacations. Decided to have our 'own' home on the beach and also utilize it within our business model of rental real estate.
What makes this House unique
We really never thought we could own a house on the beach and make it a financially sound investment. Purchased when the market was waining and the property was in disrepair. With a significant remodeling budget, we were able to create what some call the 'best house on Siesta Beach' Everyone that visits raves about the house and in 2016 we rented 50 of 52 weeks with 80% of those rentals from previous tenants. In 2013, we found that we only had 2 weeks available for our family because of the demand. That has what has lead to the purchase of 110 Beach Road on July 1st, 2013
