We are OPEN, no damages and power on at #1 Beach in the world by National Geographic Magazine. #2 in 'America's Best Beaches-2016' and 2017 by Dr. Stephen Leatherman, AKA Dr. Beach.

This property is a 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath directly on Siesta Key Beach. This is a single family private home.

Renovated in 2008, this spacious 2 Bedroom homes offers 2200 sq feet of living space on 2 floors. Features a large living room with surround sound stereo and Fios TV always with MLB baseball package for avid baseball fans. A large balcony off the main floor with dual sitting areas overlooking the beach and gulf. Nice modern kitchen, washer dryer area and 1/2 bath are all located on the first floor.

The Master Bedroom is exceptionally large with a side reading/reading sitting room that has a pull out twin bed as well. A private balcony makes the mornings very quiet and secluded for our guests. The Master bath offers a large double shower area for two with Travertine tile.

We also have other great Siesta Key properties if this one is not available.

It is located about a 3 minute walk to Siesta Key Village (1000 feet) which is where all the shops, restaurants and bars are located.

It is 10 miles to SRQ airport, an hour drive to St Pete Airport and an hour and 15min drive to Tampa Airport.

Orlando is 2 hours North, Tampa/St.Pete 1 hour North, Miami 3 Hours south.

Sunny beaches with crystal-white, powdery sand that stretch for miles. Shops from the chic and elegant to the hip and funky, with all sorts of fashion, beach accessories and souvenirs. Restaurants where you can go to grab a quick breakfast or lunch in your flip-flops and sandy toes, or to relax in style over an extraordinary dinner.

Balmy breezes. Dolphins and manatees. Pelicans, egrets, osprey, seagulls and a variety of shorebirds. Walk the beach or stretch out in the sun. Play a game of tennis or volleyball, ride a bike, fly a kite…whatever you want to do. Our tropical climate makes every sort of outdoor activity available and enjoyable nearly year-round.

Our family fell in love with Siesta Key during family vacations. Decided to have our 'own' home on the beach and also utilize it within our business model of rental real estate.

What makes this house unique

We really never thought we could own a house on the beach and make it a financially sound investment. Purchased when the market was waining and the property was in disrepair. With a significant remodeling budget, we were able to create what some call the 'best house on Siesta Beach' Everyone that visits raves about the house and in 2016 we rented 50 of 52 weeks with 80% of those rentals from previous tenants. In 2013, we found that we only had 2 weeks available for our family because of the demand. That has what has lead to the purchase of 110 Beach Road on July 1st, 2013

Absolutely beautiful!

We had the most amazing and relaxing trip with our kids! It was wonderful to be provided everything we needed to sit on the beach for 7 glorious days! The sunsets were the best I have ever seen. We could walk to shops, resturants and ice cream parlors.Our rental car sat the whole time we were there because there wasn't a reason to leave. We can't wait to go back next year!

Perfect beach house

We had such a lovely time staying at the beach. The weather was bad for a few days but the house was just perfect to snuggle up in and watch movies. We enjoyed the beach every day after the weather moved out. Loved walking into town. It really had everything you could ask for from a beach vacation. Would love to stay here again.

Good location. Good Price

For about the same as a 2 bdrm condo u get a small beach house and its right next to the village.

I subtracted a star because we had a strange car parked in the driveway every day that we were not advised about. Not a huge deal but worth a star.

Owner's Response: Guest was informed prior to stay in writing that right side of driveway was used by owner /or owners guests for beach access . Leaves plenty of room for 2 more cars for tenants .

One of our Best Vacations Ever

This beachfront home provides an incredible view of the ocean from the balconies and windows in all the rooms. It's on a quiet section of the powder white sands of Siesta Key beach. The main street is a 5 minute walk which has everything you need from restaurants with live music to groceries and a gelato cafe. The house has many amenities such as bikes, a kayak, an outdoor shower, a large ice maker, fans, an extra roll away bed and each bedroom has its own TV and balcony.

Our family enjoyed a memorable time together especially since it was dog friendly. Ron was fantastic to deal with. We knew he was there to commicate with us if we had any questions or concerns. This is our favourite place that we have stayed in Florida.

Perfect week in paradise

We could not have asked for a better vacation. The house is oceanfeont so we walked back and forth from the beach all day and into the evenings to enjoy the sunsets. We were also a short walk to Siesta Village with tons of shops and restaurants. The house was equipped with everything you could need, including beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. plus a well stocked kitchen. Every window has an outstanding view and Ron L is an excellent host. We would recommend this home to anyone and plan on visiting again. Thanks Ron!
