This stylish place to stay is perfect for family holidays. It has 4 bedrooms. Super king bed with en-suite bathroom and walk in dressing room. One Double room, Twin room and Kingsize Bedroom. All with smart TV’s. Very spacious living accommodation and modern kitchen with all new appliances including American fridge freezer, Hot tap and Induction hob and wine cooler. Dining room seats 8 and lounge is very spacious for those that want to read and for those that wish to watch the Sky TV.

Ultra modern eco house. Local pub and eating house just 2 mins walk. Only 10mins walk to Rock. And 30mins walk to Polzeath. Just a 5 mins drive to Daymer and Port Isaac is about 10 mins away.
200m2 of pure luxury.

Parking for 3-4 cars on site. Easy access inside no steps. Ground floor toilet and bathroom and a warm outdoor shower for washing off the sand. Patio is all level from outside or from inside. Recycling and bins outside by front entrance. Very modern kitchen with crushed and cubed ice from the American fridge freezer along with chilled filtered water for those hot days. The house is spacious and warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Short break

We were greeted by the owners Paul and Penni who gave us a very warm welcome and left us lots of goodies. The house was immaculate and so well equipped, nothing was too much trouble and we really enjoyed their lovely house and our holiday. Will definitely be going back.
