High quality and convenient location.
The bungalow was really nicely updated. Extras like coffee and wine were much appreciated. Decor was attractive and quality of linens and household goods was excellent.
Great Little Gem
Loved the interior of house and location was very nice/friendly! Hope to be able to return soon on some trip!
Thank you for staying with us!
Delightful stay in Vallejo
The Bungalow was just as advertised and is a fine restoration of a historic building. The owners have attended to many details including outside lights when one drives in the driveway. It was a quiet and restful base for the exploration of the interesting Vallejo community - historic buildings, farmer’s market, ferry hub and superb Saturday coffee tasting at the Moschetti Roasters. The owner is very responsive and the house is very well equipped. Nice touches of wine, candy and robes! We look forward to a return visit!
Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience with us. It truly gives me joy when I hear people enjoyed their experiences in Vallejo. It is one of the best kept secret in the Bay Area for a place to visit and play tourist.
Cutest little bungalow!!
The Kurtz' bungalow was absolutely adorable!! Literally felt like we were home, but somehow on vacation in beautiful No Cal. They offer you all the amenities you could hope for - plus more! And the location is perfect - right in between San Fran and Napa. Perfect for anyone traveling in the Fall through Spring months. I plan on coming back in the next year or so and will DEFINITELY stay here again!
~ Loved it!
Super Cute bungalow
This is a really nice bungalow! I will admit, the curb appeal of the neighborhood had me a little concerned, however, this well maintained bungalow removed any concern I initially felt. Ton's of character, very nice welcome card & cold bottle of white wine in the fridge were unexpected & well appreciated after a long day of travel. Would definelty look to stay here again as my son attends college just 3mi away. ~Sheena
Beautiful, clean and cozy
My husband and I stayed two nights in the back bungalow (136). I am a musician and had a late night gig in nearby Benicia then had to be back in Fairfield the following morning. Instead of driving home exhausted, sleeping just a few hours then turning around and coming back to the area from Oakland, we decided to find a place to stay nearby both.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the boutique bungalow. Meehyun and Michael did a wonderful job restoring the bungalows. The space is very clean and well decorated. We felt extremely relaxed and comfortable.
We didn't get back to the bungalow until nearly 3a.m. the first night and having a very comfortable bed with great bedding was so nice. I never "hang out" in bed at home but I didn't want to leave the cozy nest in the morning. I actually made myself a great cup of coffee (complimentary) and enjoyed it in our comfy, cozy bed before we headed to our day event.
After returning from our event in the late afternoon, we came back to the bungalow and enjoyed some wine that Meehyun was so gracious to gift to us. We hung out in the front room with our wine and watched some of our favorite shows via Netflix. Later that evening, we found a wonderful little pizza place called Napoli Pizza only minutes away, grabbed our pizza/pasta then came back to relax in the front room. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there for us, including items to wrap up our leftovers from Napoli.
Overall, this was the best place we could have found. Great vibe, decent neighborhood, super clean and everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.
Dear Kelly, Thank you very much for your detailed review. I'm so glad you found our Bungalows comfortable. We try to make our Bungalows your home away from home when one is traveling. Thanks for staying with us, and you are welcome to stay with us anytime! Best, Meehyun
