Downstairs has a private balcony overlooking pool & ocean, fully equipped custom kitchen, dining area, living room with big screen TV including Spectrum Cable, Smart TV and DVD player, 1/2 bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom with ocean view, king size bed & full bathroom attached, another full bathroom in the hallway, guest bedroom with 2 full-size beds. Bedrooms have new smart TVs with Cable plus Netflix, HULU and Amazon streaming (your account). The common area amenities include a coin laundry room, wifi hotspot, shuffleboard, tennis, gas grills, pool. Use of all common area amenities included in rental. Located directly on historic Hwy.
